Think about that, linguistically. Dance is pronounced Darnce which means the accent is south-east england - probably London. Thus babble = bubble. Bubble may mean several things in any vernacular but think drugs. Houkah or hubble-bubble pipe, Would drink, dance, drugs make any sense ??
