What Anakin saw in his dream about Padme dying. It was the after effect of him choking her like that when she was pregnant. His dream was telling him about what would happen if he feel to the dark side.

The few moments of dialogue during that scene were so much failure, and it dragged on forever when it could have accomplished the same ending after a minute into the fight. Instead they had it last until the initial shock wore off.

Then you have to think of the little kids that got killed by Vader. I figure that was like a cinder block being dropped in a river sending out major ripples. Yoda got hit with the ripple. Until I saw the order 66 scene in RotS, I thought Jedi and Sith could only be killed by other Jedi or Sith. The other Star Wars movies offered no counterexamples; Qui-Gon was killed by Maul, Obi-Wan was killed by Vader, Yoda died of old age, and Vader chose to die. Hell, even within RotS, Windu was killed by Palpatine and Anakin.

And so, the clone troopers so quickly and efficiently kill off the Jedi caught me off guard, in a way sort of similar to how it caught the Jedi off guard in-story...

If you look on Wookiepedia, it states that clones had absolutely no feelings about what they were doing. The answered to the Supreme Commander (which was Supreme Chancellor Palpatine) end of, the Jedi forgot that. Also, the clones had no malicious feelings towards the Jedi when they took aim - they were simply following an order which is why the Jedi wern't able to detect it using the Force.

Just thought that might help clear up a few things ;-)
