I noticed that this song isn't nearly as dark as the other two Fatal Frame/Zero themes. I wonder if that's a reflection of the game's plot... I've been trying to avoid any spoilers in the vague hope that I'll actually get to play the game someday, but it's looking pretty grim at this point.
I'm playing Zero 4 at the mo, I'm on the fifth(I think) chapter as Ruka~chan. I believe Zero would be the staring point. The three remaining girl's, Madoka, Misaki & Ruka all return to Rougetsu Island at the start of the game. Their returning to where it all started in an attempt to regain faded memories of when they were wee kids.
I'd love to play the game. Do you need a Wii with the correct localization or can you play it on any north american Wii Console? Talking about the import.
There is currently a translation patch being made in effort to try and help bring Fatal Frame 4 to English consoles, and potentially other language consoles as well. Currently at 93% according to the translation website:
zero4.higashinoeden. com/
Also, check out the cameraslens. com/ forum for more information.
How it is going to work is you're going to need to download the patch on your PC and put it onto an SD card. You put in the SD card to your Wii and pop in the Japanese FF4.
It maybe refering to the original name of the Fatal Frame (thats the North American name of the series) games, Zero. This song is in the fourth game if my my memory is correct.
My gosh O_O I jumped on my chair with the sudden low sound of the piano at the final of the song... I almost choked with the grilled salmon I was eating.
i only played fatal frame 2..(very scary!) but i want to play all of them them this christmas im getting a wii so when this game comes out, i am getting it!!!!! lol //_^ *Sam*
still no official release date of FF4 . . . man I must have been lost in my mind for awhile, i just found about about the trailer, man i am way behind T^T

i think it's darker, but i've grown used to the others, so...
chou used to be dark to me, koe a little
but only the beginning of chou has a dark side
butterflyfallin 2 years ago
It's maybe because how the game truly ended. The True ending for this game was the Nightmare mode ending for once. (AKA good ending.)
orrthehunter 2 years ago
@FeatherShard I don't think so. Look at the lyrics of all three songs.
gerorism 1 year ago
@FeatherShard Rest assured Fatal Frame 4 plot is as dark as the others from the series.

Great song, btw, Tsukiko Amano rocks! ^-^

"the tune of zero"
butterflyfallin 2 years ago
ok, thank you ^-6 wait, does zero mean the number or the japanese word for ghost?
Yumiyuri 2 years ago
mmm
good question
it could be both actually
both make sense
but i think she means to return to "zero" as in "nothing", or to go back to the beginning, which would be the number "zero"
butterflyfallin 2 years ago

FireStorm1512 2 years ago
yep
and that makes more sense
i think that would work
but then though, what would the title have to do with her returning to zero
she says this in NOISE, but the two link together
butterflyfallin 2 years ago
I think the song's lyrics has something to do with Fatal Frame 4's plot.
FireStorm1512 2 years ago
interesting
mmmm, i still dont know much of the story line to say though
i'm still waiting for the game to come before i spoil myself
whether or not i play the foreign version of it

The end is so bone-chilling, I actually jumped in my seat. I pity the people who have to hear it when they play the game.

A cipher is the same thing as a code but is not in a format readable by a human or computer without the proper mechanism to decrypt it.

butterflyfallin 3 years ago
chiper is zero
it evens means zero
butterflyfallin 3 years ago
I believe the correct spelling for that is Cipher, not Chiper.
light54 3 years ago
Silly question, maybe, but what's a chiper? Thanks for the lyrics X] Been looking forever!
miakaga 3 years ago
I hate to be the know-it-all but it's "cipher" and it's an arabic number, like 0. And the game in Japan is called "Zero."
You get it? XD
