@Grim2112Reaper I'm using a Bernz-O-Matic JTH-7 Propane/Mapp gas torch. I don't use the little bottles (I just did for the test fire), I use a 5gal barbecue style propane tank. So far I've forged a 12" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" piece of steel down to 1" wide x 15" long, and made and heat treated 3 knives...with around 2gal of propane. If you look at my channel you can see a better picture of my setup in my most recent couple of videos.
hey what are using to heat the forge and how long does that small bottle last?
