If you all are working in iMovie '11, click on the "iMovie" header in the top left, and then click on "Preferences". Once you're on that page, place a checkmark next to "Show Advanced Tools". This will make the Speed option show up.

@varquez7 oh just reduce the speed :) like you see the speed thing and it has the icons rabbit and tortoise on each side of the bar, right? beside that to the right there's another bar. just click on that bar and change the numbers from 100 to 50 to make it half speed. OR from 100 to 25 to quarter speed.
