  • Poweful....Do u have a copy of the script? Can u email me? Thanks!!

  • Affidavit more effective

  • Never so motion...affifavit more affective

  • whats the UK ruling on conflict of interest? as the same situation is happening here with councils being both judges and plaintiff at once.

  • I think you did a good job ... In court last week I witnessed someone asking for the Nature & Cause and they wouldn't give the Nature ... when directly asked is this Civil or Criminal he was told "Neither."

There was only the cop & the judge - no prosecution.

The judge then had the cop on the stand, & he was asked "Do you know the def of Motor Vehicle?" Cop said "Yes". Asked "Would you tell me the def?" After a few min of silence the judge handed him the def of vehicle (not Motor Vehicle).

  • cont. Additionally, there were no other defendants in the room. He was scheduled to appear at 2:45 & we didn't get in until 3:15. The last people in the court room came out at 2:20.

Hopefully he will appeal the case because there were so many errors made by the judge.

He was denied to know the Nature & it threw him off-this was his 1st attempt - I gave him Marc's book to study & assisted him with Q's. If you want I'll share addtl info I found not in Marc's book-just contact me)

  • there is things you can do to avoid going to court in the first place ? going to court is going to confess ?

  • If you spent more time and energy abiding by the law rather than trying to circumvent it through your internet research you would be quite a productive person.

  • @JustRunninMan Spoken like a good little slave.

  • @paranoidpatriot So what's your alternative to 'the system'? Declare all laws anulled and trust the country not to descend into violent, bloody anarchy?

  • @TallmanMike Well, I think the idea that we would all turn into violent thugs if we didn't have a centralized group of violent thugs pointing guns at us and stealing from us is kinda a silly assumption.

  • @paranoidpatriot Really? People already complain that they feel threatened on the streets by crowds of youths, gun and knife crime in london is at a record high.. That's before we even mention the abuses there would be regarding work regulations, tax evasion, lack of copororate and financial regulation..

Case in hand; When the huge Police strike (in the country whose name I forget offhand) happened a few weeks ago, the Murder rate in the city literally doubled overnight.

  • @TallmanMike I didn't say we don't need police. But police should not be paid by money that was stolen from people. They should only be paid when they do a good job and people want to pay them, just like everybody else gets paid. That way they actually protect people instead of being bullies. Also, big corporations write their own regulations and buy off gov officials to pass them and limit the competition. The jobs that gov does that we need can still be done, just not be paid for by stealing.

  • @TallmanMike Your question reminded me of something I read a long time ago. Their are many things in life worse than death. Slavery among them. The civil sword must always be red and bloody. Any the nation that considers violance to be a last resort has lost its manhood. (Or something like that.)

  • @JustRunninMan Wow! You must just love taking it up the ass. "Yes sir mr. officer of the law." Anything you say mr. officer of the law." By the way, why don't you write me a ticket for $1,000 because I just jaywalked. I deserve it. And while you're at it, stick it up my ass a little further. And while you're at it, please keep taking away all my rights and all my money because I deserve to pay for everything. I not worthy."

  • OH SNAP!

  • well done brother i am sure everyone can see the implications of this case, the case being unlawfull courts extorting monies out of the people by way of a municiple hearing and summary conviction based on a conflict of interest.

  • Awesome !!!!

  • Yes it's a conflict of interest!!

Term used in connection with public officials and fiduciaries and their relationship to matters of private interest or gain to them. Ethical problems connected therewith are covered by statues in most jurisdictions and by federal statutes on the federal level.... Blacks Law 6th Edition pg. 207 Good Job!

  • Nice work. Very clear and great audio. Great tips.

  • So you lost, what does this prove???

  • @MsBPunk It is a rarity that I loose. I chose this audio because it demonstrates how crooked some judges can be and how the change reality from second to second in order to fit the decision that you are guilty before the trial even begins. It shows how they flip flop on what the law means in order to get your money.

  • Well done paranoid glad you are doing what you do,it helps every one. As you say just get your remedy and go, don't push it.lots of people challenging all over the world and here in the uk.

take care and i will tune in :-)

  • legend mate, gd effort!

  • Hey brother, sometimes we must get to the root of the problem, so all roads lead to Rome, 1302 the pope without any disagreement claimed the world inside and out, so all BC registered are a receipt for the name, every time we use it, its a crime, we have figured out we must give it back, look in your town for the bench marks that have a brass Planck tells elevation, all of them are 2 feet under water, hence maritime law, we are floating bodies, unless were on their boat of citizenship,

  • Awesome!

  • Thats right brother. You keep doing what your doing. They are being dismantled, and don't even know it. Hahaha.

  • her tits keep distracting me and i bet she wasnt that nice really hahahhahahahahaha

  • Why did you lose the case? What could have changed the outcome?

  • Great stuff Paranoid!!! I'm surprised she let the questioning go on for so long. Judge, who do you represent in these proceedings? Ummm ehhhh ahhh well, the thing about that is... ARREST THIS MAN!

  • See, this is why they are so damn scared of the internet. People getting together sharing information. We are able to coordinate in mere seconds, deploy, and use the best results. Thanks you guys for the valuable information you are sharing. I wonder how long before your page is in some kind of violation? How many subscribers will it take before you become problem enough to F*** with?

  • @cjhindma I wonder the same thing. I figured I already had to many subscribers to keep me up. I'll just keep doing it till they shut me down, start a new page, and keep doing it.

  • @paranoidpatriot Hi, I think in some ways the cat is already out of the bag.

IMO no matter what they do now will only cause the same effect, what I mean is its only a matter of time and no matter what they do it will only awaken people more.

It is our job to spread the word to those who are READY to hear it, set seeds on people who are not and the truth will get to them in the end.

Much love brother, be proud of your self mate.

    john

  • addedum..the officers were in the court guarding the door..they braught extra forces for me...10 cops!..the two who arrested me were standing there like the twin pillars Joachim and Boaz as I walked past them with a HUGE grin on my face..head held high as I walked past them a freeman. The largest court room in the building full...many shocked looks on the faces of people as I walked from those charges that were read out loud to the court..I recommend this for all people , best high ever !

  • oops...my first comment is all messed up...I am sane, I promise...just can't type ...heh heh...just omit the " and we get any further" that's f'd up man :))

  • longer story short, This last time they deiced to "withdraw the charges"..heh heh..the female crwn was actually shaking as she held my Birth Cert...charges were: driving without valid plates, no valid drivers license, unregistered vehicle (how can they have jurisdiction without the a V.I.N..right? ) and Obstruction of Police (I was filming them and accusing them of stealing my private property) they laughed at me at the station and recommended me for a mental evaluation. It felt good to win :)

  • You should order a copy of the transcript and see how accurate it is, if they kept a proper record of the proceeding/formal hearing. Great job brother, my hat off to you. Peace

  • have your motion to dismiss ready to go when you get there next time, cuz you know what's gonna happen...very well done and with a transcript of that case attached to your motion, duh...game over...

I am having the very same success here in Canada..only I will not even accept the name and we get any further..if they would have railroaded me into accepting the name in someway, I was prep'd to ask the same questions as you did.I got the same reaction ..very nervous behavior from both Judge & Crwn

  • 5*****

  • great stuff dude. your one smart motherfucker!

  • @PhillipOrion

The licence is only relevant if he was using it at the time. It is a licence for one to engage in transport for the government. Most people never truly use their licence. We are "off the clock". The deception is that we don't know that.

If you think that government have the right to prevent people travelling without a permission slip you could ask yourself whether you think they COULD have demanded it for horse & cart travel in the 1800s. What changed?

  • @PhillipOrion oh, you think that the license is a contract. but it was made without full disclosure, without a meeting of the minds, without proper consideration, and with only one obligated party. so it is not a valid contract by any means. plus, it wasn't a civil charge, it was criminal, so contract dispute was never even part of the charges. contract is civil, not criminal. and all law IS NOT contract. that is fringe legal theory hogwash.

  • great job, you handled that very well. These courts are run by thieves and liars!

  • If you tell someone you are going to do something, and then you do not do what you said you were going to do, wouldn't there be a corpus delecti?

  • @paranoidpatriot sorry if this comment showed up more than once. youtube was acting funny on my comments earlier.

  • Way to go Paranoid, way to stick it to them. I'm happy that you were on the attack without argueing, saddened that the true criminals of this case won though.

  • @Nicklas07 there are no states, thus, there is no "united states".

  • Very cool video Paranoid.

  • great job.. ha stick em...

  • Thanks for sharing...inspired by it. Peace.

  • I'd stick with the conflict of interest angle. I lost my first time going against a judge. I feel the pain bro. But good going putting this "judge" on the coals.
