Maybe find a different way to barre it? For that particular part I barre only the bottom 5 strings (and I mute the low E string with the tip of my index finger). Also make sure your thumb is at the back of the neck to provide more support when you're barring.

Staring at a piece of paper with a bunch of numbers on it, no time signatures, and no notes is a lot different than learning it from a video where someone is breaking it down, explaining the chords and the best way to play all the notes. And I didn't learn this from tabs, I learned it by listening to like 100 people playing it and listening to the recording, then coming up with a way that I like.
