  • good old platter records, great stuff!!!

  • I believe these longer recordings were made on 12 inch discs that the band made while on tour in England in 1919-'20. Much different than the hot, fast paced pieces that they had recorded in 1917-'18 on 10 inch singles.

  • they soun much better on this session than on their first one, wherethey played too fast. were these recorded in england?you have a great collection!

  • hey... you don't have an idea. why you say too fast? it is them who composed a lot of their own tunes... so they are right ones to decide wich tempo is the mesure. :-)
