The engines in these boats are prone to belts failing and also overheating by picking up rubbish on the raw water intake.

Fantastic boats though and we wouldnt change her just yet.

All depends on your budget, and what you plan to do I suppose. Do you buy a new BMW M3 or a 1980s one.

If the boat you are buying has had an easy life, be prepared for renewing some fixtures and fitting etc. But engines may?? have had an easy life.

The Sealine I was on slowed for a friends identical boat that was overheating. This was caused by a broken water pump belt. These are nearly new boats that have not been used much. Any skimping on servicing can have a large consequence.

I have never had a boat and am looking at some sealine boats this week.Should i buy mid 1980's for £16k or new at £50k, then hope i made the right decision. your input would be good.
