Listen people i see pranjic every match playing at Heerenveen. and I know him as a person its a really nice person. But he is not good enough for the top op the premiership and dont compare him to Ronaldo, Silva or someone else of that level. Because he is not as good as them. But he is a good average player. My only comment would be the fact that right now, Rafa plays Babel on the left wing (he rarely gets a striker start). If anything, I'd be looking at Lavezzi to fill Kuyts role. Second striker (or backup) otherwise, right sided player. Kuyt becomes squad.
Lavezzi would be a fantastic buy, as it would mean we'd have Torres, Yossi, Lavezzi, Gerrard (and Babel and Ngog on good days) who are all really creative up the front.

I see what you're saying and I'm not disagreeing.
My only comment would be the fact that right now, Rafa plays Babel on the left wing (he rarely gets a striker start). If anything, I'd be looking at Lavezzi to fill Kuyts role. Second striker (or backup) otherwise, right sided player. Kuyt becomes squad.
Lavezzi would be a fantastic buy, as it would mean we'd have Torres, Yossi, Lavezzi, Gerrard (and Babel and Ngog on good days) who are all really creative up the front.
