Well good news you you. They released redsn0w which will jailbreak iphone 2g, 3g and ipod touch 1g and 2g! For windows and mac. I'm not sure what you mean by hackintosh im not fimiler with it.

im running my own built windows pc with a Mac OS X mod called IAtkios what enables me to run Mac OS x 10.5 on a pc made for windows... are you releasing any vids for jailbreaking on windows and thanks for the news :)
