It just so happens that there have been no women in the gaither vocal band so the women that attended that won't have solos naturally sit in the back.

TY for the rest of the story! Broken pots leak. Priceless. It seems that Bill is truly watching for evidence of the Spirit at work. Michael needed the release of the song--as did many who love him, and the time with his brothers to be broken and publicly accepted back. That second verse completed a release for a lot of us. No one but God and those who have been shackled by ANY type of sin know what it is to be forgiven and set free.

Buddy Mullins is an amazing singer and person. His group he tours with comes to my church every year for our annual revival. His father Roger is also an amazing evangelist and is head of 'Hope For The World', an orphanage in Albania. If you ever have the chance too see him live GO!

I love listening to Mark talk about God. People mainly always just talk about how hilarious he is. Which he is. But 90 percent of the adverage audience doesnt realize how Godly and how smart he is. Everytime I hear him talk, all I can do is intently listen and when he's finished I just sit there and think of what he said. He has such a simple way of explaining things that it makes you wonder why you hadn't thought of it before.

Also...I think the world would be so much better if there was more like Mark. He was always such a big supporter of Michael even when Michael didnt like him very much and even when Michael was being shunned by the rest of the community. I think it really helps those who are looking to get back on the right path to have people like Mark that will help them up when they trip and fall instead of just pointing and laughing like the rest of the crowd.

in 1994 he admitted to having an affair with a singer from a christian group he was touring with at the time. both were married to other people. the radios refused to play his songs anymore, people burned his cds, tour dates were canceled. He then developed an addiction to drugs. But after a lot of suffering, the Lord spoke to him and he repented and was forgiven.

I loved what Mark said about God's gifts being without repentance. I remember Michael saying he wasn't going to sing anymore and I knew that was wrong. I had some of Michael's CDs and I heard God through Michael's voice. Even with everything that happened I knew Michael's gift was from the Lord. I'm glad he repented, got right with the Lord, and is back to singing like he's supposed to. My bible school class was called Potter's Clay. They called us the cracked pots. Let the water flow!
