It doesn't have a shower. I would put a computer and a 3D printer in there. I would get rid of the TV.

whiners.... I converted my Sprinter cargo van for about $800. It has full bed, shelving, kitchen space. You can have a shower if you hang a shower bag. I carried a pavilion shower room that I would set up if staying somewhere long. I NEVER EVER in 4 years on the road wished I had a toilet inside my van! EW GROSS. I was always able to find actual toilets in my travels - so much better than stinking up the 66 square feet of space in the van.

I just bought the 2012 Winnebago ERA ... it has a toilet with shower and sink in the bathroom. Also has a generator so I can be totally independent. Your unit is nice ... but I agree with the other commenters ... it needs a toilet and shower.

Granted yours was probably a lot cheaper than mine ... but I have what I need plus windows all around etc, etc.
