Thanks fot you video. Unfortuntely I bough one but after many failures I decided not to fly it: security is first . Parts are bad quality and break in the air. This is the WORST RC helicopter kit I had. You get what you pay for. Try an Align or a Copter X 500.
it comes with a bad main gear, often warped, most copies have this, it should be expected... there are loads of forums you could have gone on but its still their fault not yours
hmm .. i think its the best hk heli for now .. it is perfectly flyable out of the box with no upgrades .. normally the shaft should not be bent before even mounted on the heli but i can only tell you that same thing happened to me with original align shaft.. buyed in the shop a package of 3 original align shafts for my trex 450 and 1 of the was already bent (slightly but it's bent)
The shaft has allready been replaced by a new aling shaft and the blades have been balanced... I'm now flying this thing after having replaced the head as well ...
Looks like you main shaft is bent or your main blades are really out of balance. Balance the blades and check to see if the main shaft is perfectly straight. Roll it on a a plane surface such as a sheet of glass.
are u sure your blades are properly balanced. (had the same proplem with my hk-500) just buy a set of good quality blades :-)

check the flybar distances between the head and paddles with a digital caliper, this should stop it as i had this on an old nexus 30.
hope this helps
