The pivot backstabs at 1.05 was gay.... you had him beaten anyway at least give ppl a sporting chance to fight back, you will find most pivot backstabs lands because you are lagging, 99% of the time the person has already flipped/rolled but your backstab still landed. Leave those pivot backstab to the gay japs who lagstabs....

Man the game mechanics are so easily exploited in pvp it's unreal. They're both probably the most unbalanced games I've ever seen when translated from pve to pvp. Could be worse though (thanks 1.05).

You should try to do more PvP in more open areas. I don't think any of the fights you had on the bridge really showed much skill on your part. You basically forced the invaders into a wall (or lack thereof) and used a weapon that has an advantage over all others.

whats the difference between invaders when they are red or blue? And do you ever get the bug where you dont attack/roll/estus until you hit L1 again?

@salamagogo Depends on the covenant. Darkwraiths are red, Darkmoons are blue, as are forest invaders, and people invading via gravelord sign. Can't say i've had that glitch before, not sure what triggers or causes it, but I don't recall it ever happening to me.

Were you SL120 in this video though? i don't get how you were able to be invaded in painted world at 120, i thought that area was more like 20-60 or something.

@haunter600 It's a combination of level 120s wanting to PVP in different locations and the darkwraith having no upper limit on their invasions. my gravelord sign nets me some people here and there, too.

@ExodusC you're right, it's stupid of me to want to fight in an area where neither of us have to worry about lagbackstabs. that bridge is where real skill shines: knowing your weapon, spacing, dodging, etc.

@KKobra no that bridge is where having a washpole shines. dont confuse cheap tactics with skill. any monkey can stand in a narrow alley and autowin because their weapon has more forward range than basically any good weapon and the opponent cant even move to a more beneficial position. skill is knowing exactly what direction to step and when, not walking forward spamming r1 like a downy
