  • Thanks Woody! Yeah I did sets of four with 30-35kg and I did one chin with 50kg.

    How heavy are you, I still can't get the dead hang without a bit of momentum. I usually do sets of 4-5 with 20kg. (At 57kg)

  • No no, one chin up with 50kg.. Im normally about 68kg but i was 63,5 kg when did that.

    Yeah that is the hard part, have you tried doing "frenchies" (pull ups but stopping at the middle and when your chin is over the bar and when when hands straight for atleast 5 seconds) with additional weight? It may help you with getting a clean oac. Please let me know If you didnt understand what I mean.

  • Thanx :) well I did a lot of pull-ups with additional weight and negatives. the diet was much proteins after work out and when resting I just ate mostly sallad and bread nothing on it and lots of water. The last week I just ate very little and went jogging
