I totally had this doll and I adored it. I used to wear the velcro jewels in my jewish-girl hair and I felt completely gorgeous until my mom would tell me that I looked "foolish with jewels in your hair" and "you're not going to school like that." Whatever mom. That's what the little pockets in backpacks are for: hiding forbidden velcro jewels.

I got this doll for my 9th birthday back in 92 i would take her everywhere i go well except to school lol i miss the 90's now i have the same hair color she have the bleach blonde color LOL!!! i had fun putting jewels in her hair. i still have her with all my other lil miss doll and barbies!

Had this doll. She was pretty cool, to the point that some (mostly male!) visitors stole half my jewels. However, her outfit felt like crap, because it was essentially what they call the "female side" of velcro. The jewels didn't really stick in her hair at all, so I think it would have been cooler if the jewels had been magnetic (with a thin metal layer in the dress and crown).
