Why is it that on your amp the light flashing is not remaining the same speed? Isnt that the tap tempo button? It shouldn't be speeding up and slowing down, and coincidentally it happens to speed up when you speed up. Just an observation.

i can only hit 10 to 12 Nps and your not much faster then me at full swing.

A note should only be counted as a picked note. thats how the world record was beaten. a guy used a lot of legato. quite fast. the clarity of the pickups distorts the clarity of the picking, making it seem much faster. in reality, guitarists like rusty cooley, michael angelo batio, paul gilbert, bucket head, john petrucci, steve vai, are all faster than this. and they average up to only 16-20 notes per second. 48? no. very fast? yes. excellent speed. just try to clean it up.

its obvious if you can play fast you have advanced

your learning cycle to another stage .
