  • what is the ballast?

  • Will work better if the electrodes are shielded by a tube, it keeps the plasma from blowing out! Outdoor ones are the hardest to make work...

  • Looks more like an OBIT or mini NST than like a 4-Mot-stack.

Sry, but thats definetly not 8000V*4A=32kW.

A mot normaly deliver up to 1A, if you have 4 Mots in series, they would overheat in secounds giving 8kW or just would not make it trough.

Looks like they are extremly ballasted or you just have crappy Mots.

  • Sorry, I have just seen the dot before the 5,

    Ive overread this.

    Sry again

  • Even powerful arcs tend to look weak in strong outdoor (sun)light

  • Its not, it has 4kW of power at 8 kilovolts. kills you in 0.0000001 of a nanosecond.

  • "0.0000001 of a nanosecond" sounds real scientriffic, you must be right then:)

But your right, if wildhart7 thinks its lame he should try to grab the wires.

  • lame!
