I love The Notorious B.I.G. however i feel 2Pac over all is better because he has the best voice, i never heard a better sound box than 2Pac. Also he was a much better writer than Biggie. Biggie had help for all his hooks. Biggie was a rhymer plus he borrowed 2Pac style. 2Pac intelligence exceed Biggie. I have to say 2Pac exceeds Biggie as a artist tremendously.
