@ajgoebel the 4.6 hpi and axial 4.6 are very good motors and most the parts are the same. os max vg 30 in nice but the best ive found is the axial .32.

Awesome running truck, but in 3 tanks of fuel broke a shock, throttle servo(WTF!?) burned up, and the brake shaft deal that goes into the trans broke off. 600 dollar nightmare and Ive had it for 3 days? It gets one more shot, then Im a send it back to HPI with poop in the box as well. Im a copy and paste this in every savage xl vid I find.

I don't have a savage, but I'm pretty sure 5.9. Bigger engine displacement, higher speed. Almost means slightly more weight, more stability.

the 5.9 does have some engine problems with Overheating. Yes includes three speed & receiver pack. Go with the 4.6 as it is slightly cheaper and just as good.
