The items are crashing because before the old wildy when ppl pked with whips and d boots, they would usually disappear and get taken away from the game, now they just transfer from player to player and get sold in the g.e, so more whips and d boots are getting dropped and sold every day now. Why items are crashing on RS: Since the release of free trade and the wilderness, whenever you lose an item in the wilderness i.e. whip, barrows, sol, godsword, d boots - they don't just go away and a random drop is generated, now the drops are the other player's who killed you/loots it, so it's not a perm loss like old pvp/bh so items are bound to go down as they are. As for rares I'd have to say RWT. Just my thoughts..

why things are dropping? heres my opinion: in bh when u die and lost whip it could be lost forever, ie u die the guy doesnt get it as loot and then it goes nowhere hence the more u died the less whips were in the game so the prices would rise. now we have free trade and 100% loots it means whips cannot be lost like this and the only real way you can loose whips (forever) is by dieing and missing ur gravestone and no1 looting or say u get banned, something like that.my opin (whip was an example)
