Even when you turn 18 you brain is not done growing for most males the age around 25. People act irresponsible more around the drinking age because they are not thinking with a full deck. I know its off the subject but the drinking age should be 25 to allow the brain to grow before anyone looses their cells. I think that would help tremendously. I know the majority of violent offenders have an ASPD. In the worst cases, it's difficult to know how to compassionately treat a person in society who wishes nothing but harm on others and is incapable of feeling compassion themselves. They aren't cases of people who are just misfits or misanthropes or people who 'just want to be left alone'. They actually seek out control over others and intend to cause harm with no remorse. Very sad.

I think this video was about sociopaths and psychopathy in particular (it's been a while since I watched it). ASPD is characterized by an under developed 'super ego' or conscience. Full blown psychopaths are not remorseful or empathetic, criminal or not.

The best way to describe it is people with APD steal, manipulate and sometimes kill many people because they are interested in it. Almost (Not all! but almost) every serial killer on earth has APD.
