Thanks a ton for putting all these videos up, they are very informative, and I really like how you explain what kind of equipment you use in every vid. Please ignore these other fools that dwell on useless details, and whom are not contributing anything but their ignorant opinions.
I have a question about knives. What kind do you use, and why?
People...if you don't have anything good to say than just go away. This man spent the time to put out a quality vid for free and it's sad to see how ingrates trolls spew hate. Tried his recipe and it was "VERY DELISH" and got me hooked on the harvest style. His cooking style is effortless and the camera angle is much better than most cooking vids. Thanks Keith for helping this single dude feed his friends and himself. YOU ARE..."WINNING".
Well, that's what my omelettes look like. i was hoping yours wouldn't be so broken :P Ah well... southern charm i guess ;) I'm eating an omelette now, actually. mmm
you lost me when you broke out with that stuff you called ham. I'm from NC and that is called luncheon meat down here. It should be against the law to cook with that tasteless crap.
dude your not thinking if the bigger picture, I live in NC too and I understand what your calling "real" ham...but 99.9% of the viewers cant find that ham...so if I used it in a video..I'd get 1,000 comments saying "I cant find it"..so that is why I use the luncheon meat....you the best ham you can find...how is that?
@Amfabryker that's isnt luncheon meat. go to any super market and find those meat in a can from china and those are called luncheon meat. dont go crappin around when you don't even know whats luncheon mean and what's ham. keith clearly used ham.he just rolled it up. luncheon meats are pureed meat.with specks of small pieces of pork in them.they are salty and you need bread, rice, noodles to go with them. gosh you cant even differentiate between luncheon meat and ham and you still wanna crap a chef
I love this recipe! Instead of stove top frying it, I pour everything into a round shaped, well buttered, baking pan, then oven bake it. It turns out to be a wonderful tasting pizza.

Looks good, but what you said @ 2:50 "easily enough for two people"- no way, I would have no problem devouring that whole thing in one sitting

Why does everyone make scrambles and call them omelets? A true omelet has ingredients on the inside, not just mixed in with the eggs.

A great recipe should not be lowered to your low JEW / VEGA standards.
