This IS possible, what people do is perfect certain solos or parts of the song by starting out slowest in practice mode until they can hit every note at full speed. I did the same thing with the intro and the intro is actually one of the easiest parts of the song (When using two hands). And by the way, your hands were shaking to a grand extent at the end.
