  • thats a nice tractor

  • my dads got 2 model 40's a jd 40 loader in the back field . any 1 have any more info on the loaders?

  • @nickkalisz im a international fan but i kinow ms an the 40 loader its a 4 ft bucket an the front its just a full hydraulic manure loader for small john deere tractors my freind Bruce has a 1950 john deere mt that his dad farmed whit along time ago an he still has it an its got a 40 series loader on it

  • We got the loader mounted on the MT this past weekend. We need to replace a couple of the hydraulic hoses and then we will be ready to test it out. Stay tuned for more photos and video reports of our antique tractor adventure!

  • I can't wait! My 40 loader has a 6.5' snow plow mounted on the front of it right now, I'm not sure if I'll get a bucket for it or not. How difficult was it to mount the loader?

  • That's awesome! I have a 1954 John Deere 40T and my grandfather still has the model 40 loader that came with it (needs lots of work). I've not found any info on these loaders, no pics or anything, so it's really exciting to see yours getting ready to go on the tractor!
