I believe a few earlier prototype models still exist. I've heard lots of different stories but 621 AOK is still regarded as the first. But saying that the final Mini to come off the Longbridge production line (which is also in the Heritage Museum), wasn't actually the final Mini made, because it was taken off the line earlier in readiness for the press.
@nipperoid 621 AOK was the first off the production line. It's on display at the Heritage Museum in Gaydon. Of course there were prototypes before that but not official production line vehicles.
