So, I'm sure this means that all the jobs created by the stimulus bill will be for blacks & foreigners. Since, that is mostly who voted for Obama.

There is a huge difference between proposing spending projects and estimating job numbers and proposing corporate tax cuts and projecting job numbers. This is the same stuff Bush did when he first got in office, saying that his tax cuts where gonna grow the economy and then 2008 happened. If the GOP plan goes through their will be a few years of superficial job growth and then we will have another year like 2008.
