All these people taking the moral high ground, saying no to violence, etc. need to realize that the police will use force even though they are under no direct threat. Peaceful protest is harder than it sounds, look at the Toronto G20... cops surround the groups, and then make a wedge to break up the crowd. They come at you, and if you try to stand your ground they intimidate, beat up, and arrest you. If you disagree with an officer, at a G20 meeting, you will get beat up unless you comply.
