  • these are good videos:)!, but i wish he would go step by step and not skip around so much.

  • when you dispense the silicon do u press down the back part as well as the front part?

  • @TheBren1023 I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

  • @sciencetoymaker never mind i already did it

  • do you think the hand would be able

to hold a bottle of water of 600 ml??

    without falling..

i got to do a mechanical hand, and i was wondering if this one would work??

  • No, I'm afraid it's educational but not terribly functional.

  • oh okay thanks a lot

  • erm my friends and i are thingking of doing this for our science project, but the thing is, do we need to get all the exact things used in this vid? thanks a lot

  • Well, it's usually best to follow directions exactly the first time. You might be able to make a simple version by just notching straws, taping string to the end and putting the string inside.

  • Hmmm, the silicone is waterproof, so I would try just rinsing off the dishsoap. If you are gentle it might not wreck the paper. Let me know how it works out.

  • Me friend i are doing this project and when you put the dishsoap on the box she put way too much. the dishsoap was green and now the back of the hand is kinda green. its also kinda wet. any suggestions? i already have moved it 2 times cause the cardboard was soaking wet thank you
