  • I understand how you don't wanna use complicated medicines for acne. I use Niapads one step acne cleanser! they work great on dry, oily, combination, or regular skin types and not only get rid of pimples, but using them twice a day scrubs off dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause acne! All you have to do is gently scrub your face with them twice a day and pimples are gone in 1-3 days! Niapads are all-natural and you can get them on Amazon. Hope you try them and it works for you! :)

  • DO NOT use alcohol on ur face!(sorry to yell it:) Use Ambi foam cleaners and ambi complexion cream. I do it only at night. I also found that if you take a vibrating toothbrush and aspirin (crushed)mixed with water before you do the ambi, it's good. I don't use astrigents or alcohol or anything strong like that. It's TOO drying. And when you moisturize...do it twice. put on layer on...let it dry up some and then do another. If u use something that's not greasy, ur good.

  • I don't want to be dependent on medicine when I'm learning of so many natural solutions that are Very inexpensive. I have been on a cleansing journey and just completed a parasite cleanse. This consisted of only fruits and veggies. In two days I saw significant change in my skin and breakouts. I suffered from severe acne ALL the time, and have the scars to prove it. I hope this helps, because I feel you girl. That was me a month ago.

    I have been eating pretty much the same but drinking plenty of water. I am definitely going to google some recipes so this madness can stop.

  • The best acne control is your diet. I'm not sure what you eat but, eliminating excessive dairy and meats from your diet gives your body a chance to clear out toxins that are in your system. People forget what goes in your body comes out somehow. Skin is the largest organ on you body and our bodies are not built for all the toxins we take in. There are inexpensive recipes online (google). I know its hard to go cold turkey, but making small changes in your diet will definitely help.
