It’s so funny when the church cries for religious freedom – it’s usually only THEIR OWN freedom that they are concerned with. The question of abortion and contraception should be between a woman and her doctor, not between a woman and her employer. The same people that are upset about “big government getting between me and my doctor” don’t seem to mind when religious institutions do it.
The Clergy didn't see this coming? They should have been telling Catholics, with a loud voice. Not to vote for the candidate Obama 2008. Obama's position on abortion was well defined then. Now the clergy are appalled? I still see Obama 2012 bumper stickers on cars in the Church parking lots. Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden....openly support the Anti-Life campaign. When will their Bishops act on this?
Don't be surprised when you invite evil into your life that this happens.
@mueygringo My God. Your comment is the most important message I've heard on this topic. I was absolutely screaming at Catholics in 2008 to wake up and smell the coffee. I could not agree with you more.
For those who doubt this, look at the second video, dated July 2008, while searching "Obama FOCA" in the search field. Note Obama says "We need to move this nation forward." Towards what? Recall, BHO supports infanticide! (Google "Obama Infanticide")
Obama hates the Catholics, the Constitution, the Bible... He mocks the disabled.
We don't see any of his hate on the evening news.
He claims to be Christian and follows Black Liberation Theology. This is a Marxist based religion.
Fidel has a great place for all of you Black Liberationist. Free Healthcare, no milk, no sugar, Fidel tells you what you do, how much medical care you get, what your kids eat for lunch. Sounds like Obama's Utopia.
Almost as hilarious as the Catholic Church considering itself a source of moral authority after covering up systemic child abuse and pedophilia for decades.
@shaktimandanSF Voting Obama 2012 after what he has done to this country and the Constitution is like implementing the rest of the Marx Doctrines. It is great for the lazy! Pedophilia is in the schools and was condoned by an Obama. adviser on safe schools, Kevin Jennings. Ms. Jennings told an underage student to wear a condom while having sex with an adult male. Obama new about this, a crime for not reporting statutory rape, and kept him on the payroll!!!
@olgadel1 I would guess (given the nonsense you just wrote) that you have absolutely no idea what Marxism is, what the US constitution means, or have any understanding of what Obama has ACTUALLY done versus what wingnuts THINK he has done.
We Pro-Choice people should support a bill requiring all women considering becoming nuns to submit to a trans vaginal ultrasound probe. "Ridiculous!" "Medically unnecessary!" you say? So is forcing a trans vaginal ultrasound probe on women seeking an abortion.
Gov. Bob McDonnell just went from VP short list to shit list for his support of anti-choice, trans vaginal probe ultrasound legislation in Virginia. All it took was for the people to protest. We can beat these religious bigots and stop them from forcing their "morals" on the rest of us. Keep abortion and contraception safe and legal, a Catholic for Choice!
People just believe in religion because they fear the unknown and they don't want to be responsible for their actions. Look at all the people being killed in the middle east because of their beliefs. Imagine how advanced we would be if people would start believing in logic instead of magic. Think for yourselves people!
@nathanrs10 I would also say that no one is forcing the Catholic faith on you, you are free to believe in what you want. As a Catholic, I encourage you to defend your own beliefs. However, you speak of logic and thinking but I believe the logical fallacies are in your argumentation and not mine. We aren't allowed to say 'this is wrong' because you think it's okay? Who is forcing their "religion" on who? I think that's the real question.
@nathanrs10 Hey, DUDE... There are many, many thousands of logical people, (scientists and others) who believe in God and faithfully follow religion to express their faith. The nation you live in was founded on the basis that we are created, and should remain humble about our privilege to enjoy life. By the way, I am one of those thousands of scientists. Do you want to talk about it or bury your head in the sand? I'm ready if you are...
Yes, I have a question. Its a scientist job to be skeptical about their research. A typical scientist uses trial and error to discover what is valid and what is not valid about a particular subject. I don't understand how a scientist could believe in a deity without proof of its existence while being so skeptical about their research. I believe the scientific process is more accurate then a theory about a magic man in the sky.
@nathanrs10 Of course you don't need to believe, but before you take shots at me and others, research Lee Strobel, for example. . An attorney and a journalist who was a die-hard atheist working as an investigative journalist for the Trib went about trying to show there is no proof that God exists. After correctly considering the facts, he was left to conclude that there is a God. He's clergy now. No kidding, you should do the hard work and prove that God does not exist.
I would believe in a god if there was solid proof. I am not trying to prove there isn't a god. There just is not enough proof for me to believe it. Sorry if it seemed I was trying to insult believers. This is just the way I see it.
So what should a 13 year old girl who misses her period for 4 months straight and then gets it for a month straight do? What should she do if her period symptoms are so bad she is bed ridden and can't go to school? If her parents are low income, and work for a Catholic organization should she made to SUFFER?
Should we make Muslims exempt from murder charges in the case of honor killings? If we don't isn't that an attack on our religious freedoms too?
Everyone should have access to contraceptives to prevent overpopulation and unwanted pregnancy. If the catholic church had their way and everyone stopped using contraceptives then the world would be dangerously overpopulated. Its sad of how religion has brainwashed so many people. It has really slowed progress.
@nathanrs10 What happen if your mom, aborted you.it would be very sad for you. but your mom, was probably prolife. so now is your turn to be a prolife. even if it is against your will.
What about all the people that are never born because people decide to not have kids? Its really the same thing. A life that could of existed but doesn't. Its just chance that we even exist. Why should I have to obey a religion that I don't believe in?
@nathanrs10 Unfortunately you are incorrect about parents who choose not to have children doing the same thing as parents who abort a child. A child that never existed is just that, someone who never existed. An aborted child did exist at one point in time and then was destroyed. That's why it is okay to chose not to have kids (via abstinence from sex) but not okay to abort a child that already exists and is physically growing.
@nathanrs10 Hey, I got news for ya, Bubba...I can't tell you the last time I walked into a church - probably a few years back for a relative's wedding. The fact that I'm not religious is irrelevent, but I still respect the right of others who are and wish to see their 1st Amendment rights protected...you know, that thing called the U.S. Constitution which your messiah Obama wishes to skirt or outright destroy - and doesn't even try to hide his attempt (i.e. recent speech he gave). ESAD!
most people that work at catholic hospitals arent even catholic.... so thats just a retarded argument... The church is not effected by this. The hopitals and businesses like it that hire non catholics are.
You think its fair for the hospitals to deny healthcare coverage to people that arent even catholic based on catholic beliefs?
So if I was a christian scientist, I could deny all healthcare based on the fact that healthcare in general is against my religion.
enough with the teen girl -- we need some male leadership to plainly speak the truth -- obama's policies are evil -- no Catholic can support them -- Lent is here -- prayer and fasting for new prez in 2013
I have heard of the survey results and not surprised Catholics support Obama, The basic every Sunday Catholic and once a year Catholics don't evaluate the repercussions and consequences of this mandate violating the 1st amendment. I am an active Catholic who rejects the mandate. Birth control is not the issue, the problem is how Obama is approaching the issue. He may be abusing his power too much.
The mackerel-snappers did this to themselves. 54% of pew-warmers voted for Barry and 60%+ of clergy did so. The Catholic bishops will suck Barry's dick because they want a constant flow of wetbacks to fill the aisles, and so will support Beaner Amnesty.
The only controversy the Catholic church needs to worry about is how they can continue to collect money from businesses and parishioners, tax free, only to use it to pay hundreds of millions in settlements for harboring pedophile priests. And they're worried about some woman's right to reproductive health products? How about those hard-on pills they don't mind paying for.Hypocrisy is a religion of man! Always has been, always will be.
The latest NY Times/CBS News poll finds. 65%of voters — including a majority of Catholics — “said they supported the Obama administration’s requirement that health insurance plans cover the cost of birth control, and 59%, said the health insurance plans of religiously affiliated employers should cover the cost of birth control.” A Public Policy Polling survey conducted on Friday similarly found that 57% of Catholic voters and 59% of Catholic women - support the requirement.
I don’t think Catholics have the right to ALLOW or DENY access to birth control including abortion. That is a personal thing. This is about the government forcing Catholics to become complicit in controlling birth as well as aborting the unborn by paying for it or the insurance that pays for it. I fear this is the first step of government controlling religion including atheist. I hope democrats will not follow their earthly king in this matter.
Allowing access to birth control is not forcing any Catholics to take it or to not practice thwir faith. Most people who work at these institutions aren't Catholic to begin with. To Catholic bishops: Please keep your archaic nonsense beliefs out of my government and I promise not to enter your church and think.
The Catholic Church got into this mess by equating government wealth redistribution with charity. It supported bigger government not realizing that it was encouraging the confiscation of wealth via taxation. Forced taxation is not charity. It helped to create a beast that needs ever more redistribution to survive as over half the people expect something from government. Now the beast wants something from the Church – abortion services – as a means to make more women dependent on government.
Bankruptcy court hearings for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee unexpectedly uncovered more than 8,000 previously unreported instances of child sex abuse over the past 60 years. According to an attorney representing 570 of the victims, the charges implicate about 100 church workers, including 75 Catholic priests. Now think about this every time you hear Newt Gingrich, or Rick Santorum or any of the rest of the self-righteous Republican scumbags saying that Obama is waging war on the Catholic Church.
The Catholic Church does not hate homosexuals. Read what the Catholic Church really believes about homosexuality in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC 2357-2359)
This HHS mandate would be equivalent to mandating that all Americans have to be offered the Eucharist by their insurance companies. As far as it goes with homosexual behavior, the same can be said for illicit heterosexual behavior such as adultery, fornication, polygamy, prostitution, beastility, and incest. Are some of you above any of those things or am I to suppose that some of you have no standards.
@PencilOverPen Maybe they should offer to make you look really really ugly instead. That might save the tax payers thousands of dollars. Or you might just try not having sex. Either way it's not the tax payers problem.
No, you're not a radical for believing that every child should have a mom AND a dad, you're a radical for trying to put your beliefs into other people's practices by stomping out gay marriage and declaring homosexuality everything from a mental illness to a mortal sin with only "for The Bible tells me so" as proof.
As for the "religious colleges" I'm not familiar with that part of recent policy,
The rest, however, I maintain I can only respect one's beliefs as long as they're realistic.
Obama doesn't understand anything except his demonic worship of the Culture of Death with killing the unborn baby as his idol. As long as he makes Planned Parenthood happy & lines his pockets with their blood money, it's as Bishop Zubik said: "TO HELL WITH YOU CATHOLICS!"
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech....
Did any Catholic truly believe that Obama would stand up for Life. Did you people look at his record on Partial Birth Abortion in IL?
I knew many clergy that chanted hope and change. Well you got what you asked for. Next time look at reality. Would Jesus support Ceasar? Would jsus support Obama on taxation? On Abortion?
It's organizations like this that get us presidents like Bush...and, as scary as it sounds, will be promoting people like Santorum... This idea of Catholic policy being primary over economic policy is plain idiocy.....and these same people then get fucked over by the govt they elected....and then try to blame it on the dems... The circular argument of insanity....and very real also... There is good reason that the founding fathers promoted the clear idea of secular govt...free from religion.
This is sad...using a young person to promote Catholic propaganda.... Sad.... Amazing how a religion that basically promoted the idea of the earth being created around 5000 BC or so....is supposed to have literal credibility in it's writings. And these young people are indoctrinated into this insane idea of religion...
crusades, inquisition, persecution of the Jewish people, African slave trade, legalized and institutionalized torture, murder of orthodox Christians in the Balkans during WWII. oh yeah and Galileo was right
The Roman Catholic faith is The One True Faith. The Priests and Bishops and Cardinals are weak and are leading the faithful in a dangerous direction. Voting for these politicians who promote abortion, contraception and homosexuality is a sin. The Church has to stand up and stop worrying about "catholic's" leaving the pews or drop in donations. Do we sure man or God.

@chafenhimer That has been messed up for centuries....and will continue to happen... The Catholic Church's fantasy about sexual abstinence will always be to blame.....combined with the unwillingness to admit to the failure if this policy. Sexual control is where it's at in Catholicism.... Patriarchal control is not out of fashion in Rome...
and you know what's funny about this commercial? she wants freedom, yet is against gay people having freedom, which im guessing since she said " i think kids should have a mom and a dad". so you know what? F her freedom, you treat others how you want to be treated, and if she(well actually her parents) dont think gay people should have choices, why should she?
@PencilOverPen What a ignorant fool you are. The Catholic Church does not hate homosexuals. Homosexuality is a immoral sin. It is a sin against nature. This evil sin and be overcome with pray and understanding. Your wrong and you will not admit it. Your choice is sin. That way God gave us free will and your will went to see evil.
@GodFamilyCountryCorp LOL and you called me ignorant. what if you say "black people, you're skin is wrong!" for one, they cant help it, and two, that would be hating on them. btw homosexuality cant be changed. can a straight guy just say "i think i want some penis" no, we dont choose who we like. go educate yourself, then come back :] . bye!
@ThLogue LOL, how the hell is what kind of sex someone has anyone elses business? people need to just go get a life and worry about their self, how about YOU go educate yourself, silly :) .
@PencilOverPen I'm sorry but your making a lot of erroneous assumptions about Catholic teaching and that's why I find it inappropriate to say we aren't educated when you're the one criticizing your own misconception (but don't worry, all Catholic haters don't understand). :/ We aren't concerned with what people do in the bedrooms, we are concerned with the salvation of the world. We simply have a duty to inform others that nothing is wrong with celibacy/ what marriage is as central to religion.
@ThLogue lol you're saying im making assumptions, yet i get the feeling you're calling me a catholic hater? and yes you are concerned with what people do in bed. you said the problem is gay sex, which is none of yours , or anyone else's business. and again, go educate yourself. peace :) !
@ThLogue I guess Catholics love to get involved in everyone else's sexual business. This is patriarchy in action... They have this fantasy that their priests are actually chaste....LOL...and that their suppression of sex causes no distortion. So...are you gonna check out what all gay people are doing in their bedrooms?..to determine whether you like them or not?? That would give you a thrill, wouldn't it? Why don't you go after all the heteros these days who are into anal sex????....LOL
@paulfornasier What the Church is here for is not to restrict liberties, but to bring the salvation of all humanity. We are here to love. Granted, not all Catholics do this and there is a huge difference between a Catholic and a "Catholic." We're here to help, and we know that, although a same-sex relationship isn't going to condemn someone to hell, it likely won't bring someone to heaven, and there is nothing wrong with celibacy.
@ThLogue You have no ability to judge someone. Do I need a quote from the bible to back me up on that? You do not know anyone's destiny....so don't pretend to...or use your ego to make presumptions. Finally...in regard to celibacy.... It's fine for someone who is mature enough to handle it. Obviously.....many priests do not have that maturity. Maturity comes with age and experience..especially in regard to sexuality....yet the Catholic Church is too stubborn to accept this truth...
@GodFamilyCountryCorp Hey....why don't you go after all the Catholic heteros who are now into anal sex???....LOL And your priests who are doing all kinds of shit......under this fantasy of abstinence....LOL You are in total lala land. I don't expect you to wake up from the dream. I grew up in catholicism...and know the veil of fanaticism quite well...
@GodFamilyCountryCorp Hey....you can stop trying to post on my Youtube page. You're not welcome there. And hey....let's get this straight....I don't care at all whether you reply or not. People like yourself are not the kind I ever want in my social circle. I post here for the general viewership and to show the insanity of your fanaticism.... Your reply is not needed. You can relax in your anal fixation....
@PencilOverPen gay people have all the choices in the world. I just dont think anyone should be forced to marry them. The government should not have anything to say about marriage, it should be up to the state, if the people of that state want gay marriage, take a vote, if not move to another state thats votes yes.
@monjiaitaly Gay people do not have all the choices in the world. they are limited jobs because of their orientation. where they can live, lots of things. and no one should be forced to marry them? for some reason that really disgusts me, how bad someone wouldn't want to marry two people who are in love, just because of they are gay. there are straight people in bad marriages, and gays in loving relationships. so marriage is for straight people, or people who truly love each other?
@monjiaitaly also, why should you have a say in what two people do? who are you? just worry about your own marriage. if two gay people get married, that wont hurt you, your relationship, nothing. geez, there was never change, I would be a slave, we wouldn't have the computers we're on, and we would all be uneducated idiots, though there are still people like that, such as whoever raised the little girl in the video, sadly :P .
@monjiaitaly also, why should "the people" have a vote in gay marriage? i never understood that. the only people who should really have a say in if gays should marry or not, should be gays, since it only effects gay people. im guessing your like some, er, people, who vote no on gay marriage. why? why would you want to make someones life miserable? hurt someone? please explain that to me, because i dont understand that.
@PencilOverPen i dont care if gay people marry or not, what i am saying is the federal government should not force it to be a law. No one should be forced to perform a marriage union when they do not believe in it, Federal government should stay out of our personal lives. Leave it to a vote of the people of each state if they want to recognize the right of homosexual marriage, I dont hate gay people. I hate compulsion and force by government.
@monjiaitaly wth? when you have a job, your beliefs come last. if your job is to marry to people who want to get married, then do your job. like if your a doctor who is against birth control and wont give it to your patient, dont be a damn doctor if your not going to do your job. i wanted to be a vet, but the idea of putting an animal down even if it will end their pain, i dont think i could do it, so if i cant do the job, im not going to be a vet. because my job effects another life.
@monjiaitaly and so, the government should stay out of your life, but you get to choose what gay people can and cant do? hypocrite?. im sure you vote No on gay marriage, so you are in someones life, changing their life for the worst. and you might not hate gays, but i get the feeling you dont like them. and why do "the people" have to approve of what two adults, who aren't harming anyone, do.
@PencilOverPen because they want the same benefits from the state and federal level that comes with traditional marriage. And your wrong i said yes they should marry in a telephone survey conducted by my state government. Stop acting like a victim.
Can gay people have children together ? I think you must hate mother nature not allowing gay people to have children , bad bad mother nature, she is homophobic. I personally don’t care if you are gay or not , but I do care when my tax money is used to attack my religion and support things that are in violation with my believes. She wants a freedom , not to be a part of this, but she can not choose. Gay can choose to be or not to be a catholic.
@poligon333 what does children have to do with anything? straight people can have children together, and there's loads of child abuse and crappy parents in the world, why'd you even say that? i don't actually see where you're going O.o .... i hate mother nature? kids?..... uh anyways, this brainwashed girl wants freedom, but wants to take others freedom away. treat others how you want to be treated, if her parents don't want gays to have choices and freedom, they don't deserve it either.
you said "yet is against gay people having freedom" what freedom did you mean ? Freedom to be a practicing gay and a Catholic in the same time I guess (have to choose , can not be both), or freedom to have children (naturaly just not posible). Or did you mean freedom for adoption (they allready have this right). So what freedom is she deniing from gay people ? Yes you treat people how you want to be treated. So why the government pushing its rules on catholics ?
@poligon333 freedom to marry, if two adults who both want to get married and its causing no harm to anyone else, they should be able to. making it so they cant, is taking their freedom away, in what is supposed to be a free country. and isn't denying marriage to gays pushing beliefs on others :P ? you believe gays shouldn't marry, that's your belief you can keep to yourself. when you vote no on gay marriage, you're pushing your beliefs on other people, treat others how you want to be treated :).
When I checked last time gay people can marry. O course it is against my religion so no gay marriage is allowed in our club but they have a choice. If you don’t like catholic rules you don’t have to be a catholic and you can do whatever you want, but if you want to be a catholic you have to accept certain rules. It is as simple.
@poligon333 yeah the places they can get married is limited to a few places. it's sad that they have to say "i cant get married in my hometown, so i have to go somewhere else...", this is a free country, or at least it is for straight people. and wth? do you know how many non-Catholics get married? so they're the exception? that's just bullshit, sorry. there's no rule saying only Catholics can get married.
You mentioned Gay people first, what this video have to do with gay people? But anyway here is my explanation.
Can I as a Catholic legally stop paying taxes because I disagree that my money are going to gay support organisations and abortion programs ? Yes but I would be locked up. Can Gay choose to be or not to be a catholic ? yes. Who is more free? The video is about different matter though.
@mbabist01 i agree....damn catholic priests......raping little boys....religion is pure evil.....pure hate......hiding these sick basterds.....imagine if there was no religion....maybe there would be no hate.....
@0:08 "that my parents/church dont want us to believe in" , @0:17 Yes , hm about what she said at @0:17 is silly, no one can choose what kind of parents a kid has. and what will having a mom and dad do? they can still be bad parents. they say lesbian households the child abuse rate is 0%. and look, she has a mom and dad, and they brain washed her. so no, just because you have two straight parents, does not mean the kid will be raised well.
@TheOneDemigod yeah im sure there isn't actually 0% child abuse, but close to 0% :P . all in the news i hear is "kids mom and dad murders her and ...." i have actually never heard of lesbians or gays murdering or harming children, honest :x . but yes it can happen.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
I got picture and video evidence from Egypt supporting Ron Paul's position on foreign Aid being
just a gift to tyrants and their business men, deepening Agitation and not an asset for strengthening America, our interests or our display of good will. the video is called;
"On USAID and President Ron Paul" on the main page of my channel.
i dont know what more evidence does anyone need to stop the madness. I urge all Americans over seas to do their part however they can, im trying.. thanx, spread.
This is another step to slow the growth of certain races in America. Since most Americans of Mexican decent are Catholic this will be slow their birth rate. It’s like Planned Parenthood that was designed to control Black birth rates earlier in our history. Got to love those helpful democrats they never give up.
@justoldthatsall Yes, because traditionally minority groups are 'more' successful when the women aren't allowed to control their own bodies. that's why all the lawyers and ceo's and political candidates have upwards of 12 kids, that's where they get their power from, indefinite, unrestricted breading, oh its all so obvious now.
The thing is, it's not JUST about religion. Or really, not about religion at all, no matter what religion, but it's about the people, and there are so many variations on needs and wants and that's so beautiful and scary and hard to accommodate - but being secular in politics is exactly how we can accomplish this.
banning the practice, I cannot simply point to the teachings of my church or evoke God’s will. I have to explain why abortion violates some principle that is accessible to people of all faiths, including those with no faith at all. Now this is going to be difficult for some who believe in the inerrancy of the Bible, as many evangelicals do. But in a pluralistic democracy, we have no choice." The quote goes on, but that's Obama, and I feel like he's looking at this in the right way.
But why should the government allow for only certain churches' beliefs? Or even any churches for that matter. Shouldn't everybody, no only Catholics but EVERYBODY, be treated the exact same?
“Democracy demands that the religiously motivated translate their concerns into universal, rather than religion-specific, values. It requires that their proposals be subject to argument, and amenable to reason. I may be opposed to abortion for religious reasons, but if I seek to pass a law (cont'd) -
This video is disgusting to me because she is too young to even know what she's saying. She doesn't know that she's being used because she's a cute kid to say that marriage between two loving and consenting homosexuals is bad, and/or that single parents are bad. And everybody pays for things they don't necessarily agree with - that's taxes, and really, that's consumerism in general. I can't quite understand the college thing - does she ask why he's deciding whether it's "enough?"
@Kataerias That's true, we all pay for things we don't believe in. That doesn't preclude us from exercising our rights to petition the government to stop using our taxes for those things. Also, it's sad that you think so little of young people...obviously you are not a parent.
@Kataerias Also, by the way we're not even talking about taxes in this case, but forcing a private organization to fund employee benefits that contradict Church teaching, such as birth control and same sex spouse benefits.
Where's that video of Neil deGrasse Tyson talking about how he doesn't care what's taught in churches, but he'll be knocking on someone's door when churches interfere with schools...
@postaltraining No one has said that society should be shaped around homosexual people. All they want is to be treated equally and have the same opportunities as heterosexual couples. Also, I'm not discrediting by distraction. I have no problem that you are Catholic (my best friend is Catholic) but I do have a problem with you and others of you religion imposing your beliefs on the government and moral issues.
@nwbpwner12 they are treated equally- they have by law been granted all the tax and healthcare benefits as hetero's. at the same time, why do we need to pretend that something this is UNEQUAL by the very definition of it has to invade the centuries old UNIT OF SOCIETAL PROCREATION and demand that it also be their own- in "marriage". NO society has EVER placed such undue emphasis on homosexuality like we are- and guess what? most gays do not want all the fake "gay rights" in the press
@nwbpwner12 to put it bluntly the "gay" social justice cause is being used by subversive boomer-democrat radical progressives to further the destruction of the fabric of our culture. if you surveyed 1,000 gays who have been gays for decades, not the newly minted union run boomer-crat public school-minted gays, but the ones who have been in the lifestyle for decades, they do NOT want marriage just like heteros- they pride themselves on being DIFFERENT and realize they are NOT the same
@postaltraining The only reason I'm "running down your faith" is because it hurts other people and tries to influence outside agenda. Also, you used the word "faggot" to describe a homosexual person. I'm pretty sure that places you right in "hater" range. All of your arguments are fluff and most of your posts are offensive and emotion fueled. If you actually put together a logical argument on the illegitimacy of homosexuality, I might believe you. But that;s physically impossible.
@nwbpwner12 no, my faith sticks to MY FAITH. oh yeah, hater. i'm sorry, i grew up in a different time, before the hyper sensitive hater mania. i'm just tired of it. all fatigued out on the fake sensitivity to everyone and everything BUT Christianity. it's an old game. it's called: discrediting by detraction. who cares. i said "faggot".
homosexuality is not necessarily illegitimate, it's simply a disordered state of being that we don't think the culture should be shaped around
WTF?! Having a mom and a dad is awesome, I love my mom and dad they have been happily married 25 years... I'm sure if I had two moms or two dads I'd love them just the same. Ugh... I'm paying taxes too and I'd much rather see my money going to planned parenthood than to some other things I know it goes to
@nwbpwner12 you know, i'm really not, but what I am is sick and damn tired of morons running down my faith. this video represents nothing wrong. you're the one who said something shitty about it. and now i'm the hater. it always works that way. your hate is allowed and my rebuttal is always wrong. it's pretty much a well oiled hypocrisy machine.
@postaltraining I'm not a social communist, and you making a broad generalization like that makes you a hypocrite. I'm a person saying that real Americans pay for things that they don't support as well as things that they support because it's the right thing to do. Also, your view on "child abuse in gay households" is fallacious and offensive. All it shows is that you've been brainwashed. There's no such thing as gay parents or straight parents, just parents..
@nwbpwner12 no, it's not SALACIOUS or offensive. It's the truth. children should not be adopted out to gays. it's an abomination. they get brainwashed by the gay parents and mercilessly abused socially. it's just the wrong thing to do.
This is so incredibly sad. This young girl is spouting discriminatory messages under the "Catholic blanket." I saw this video on Facebook as a friend of mine "liked" it. It's disgusting and abhorrent. A baby deserves two loving parents. It doesn't matter what gender they happen to be, gays and lesbians did not choose to be gay, they were born that way, just like this chick was born and raised in the Catholic church.
@fionaann what is discriminatory about it? A child HAS to have a mother and a father, right? a couple of faggots can't just puke out a kid, right? it's not discrimination, it's realism- a man and a woman make a child. gay people cannot have children so they use someone else's seed to do that. it's not a natural process. It's child abuse to raise children in gay households and brainwash the shit out of them that gay is normal. Put that in your pinko progressive pipe and smoke it
Absolutely awful. If churches really want to act that way about schools and taxes (especially their archaic, illogical view on all things sex), then how can they answer to the tax breaks they get as churches? And that's only the start.....why would human beings train their children to be hateful towards people just because of sexual orientation? It's wrong to impose that on other people. The catholic church is an incredibly jaded and horrible organization that should stop trying sway people.
@nwbpwner12 it's not hateful. stop attempting to discredit by detraction- it's the first and only move in the social communist playbook. it doesn't work, unless you're dealing with an idiot. a man and a man CANNOT HAVE a kid, so why is it hateful to teach children that families are comprised of a man and a woman- the only unity that can MAKE a child. I'd like to see the CHILD ABUSE of adopting kids to gays STOP- all they do is BRAINWASH them about homosexuality for 18 years
@carriecage good, don't let the door hit your ass on the way out! in all likelihood and seriousness, you could have never attended church very much to have that viewpoint that you'd rather take gay uber sympathy and feed kids to gay people to jelly their brains with propaganda rather than listen to what the church says, which is... kids are naturally raised by a MAN and a WOMAN, as it has been for TENS OF THOUSANDS OF YEARS... is that tough for you to understand moron?
@postaltraining Guess what, this world and our culture is constantly changing. So yes, kids use to be raised by one woman and one man. But in the past, people couldn't get divorced (especially women). Sex was only within a marriage. Yet our culture doesn't work like that anymore; Kim Kardashian gets divorced within 70-somethings days. Women as well as men are having to raise children alone because their partners have left. So the idea of what a family should be has change dramatically.
Religion is not coming to an end. The belief of a higher being has been around since the beginning on time and it is not going anywhere anytime soon. It is proven that most atheists are more than likely to convert on their death bed. To what religion doesn't matter. As long as they believe in a god there is a chance that they will be saved from the damnation of hell. So all of you that commented on this video which has an amazing message to people of all ages, races, and creeds myself and I'm s
Well we can cut the girl a deal. Her church can pay for things only they believe in, and in return, their church, and every other church in the country, has to start paying property taxes....deal?
@breetai3 how about this deal- if you want to do that then you have to cut ALL FUNDING for FAGG STUFF- and there is a HUGE TON OF IT- google up IN ANY STATE all of the gay this and transgender that AGENCIES that have been formed with STATE and FEDERAL MOOLAH. so why don't you let sleeping dogs lay, nitwit
@postaltraining I hope you live you life differently in person than when leaving anonymous posts on youtube. For truly as a Catholic, as I was raised, I know from the teachings of Jesus: "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you (Luke 6:27-28)" Or "Do not repay anyone evil for evil. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." (Romans 12:17-21)
@postaltraining I was raised Catholic and no longer practice as I have a bit of an issue with an organization that will go to great lengths to protect pedophiles from prosecution. But I am still a better Catholic in spirit than you are. I don't hate people indiscriminantly.
@breetai3 no, you were raised a flimsy Catholic and did not have the discernment to realize that the mistakes of MORTAL MEN do NOT change the teachings of God or Christ. So you ran away like a pansy. I'm not saying that going through the scandal was not difficult. It was terrible. Awful. But it was also a beautiful chance for the Church to clean house of all the evil that had been festering since PROGRESSIVES wormed their way into it in the 1960s, like they were EVERYWHERE else.

Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I have a question. Its a scientist job to be skeptical about their research. A typical scientist uses trial and error to discover what is valid and what is not valid about a particular subject. I don't understand how a scientist could believe in a deity without proof of its existence while being so skeptical about their research. I believe the scientific process is more accurate then a theory about a magic man in the sky.
nathanrs10 17 hours ago

What about all the people that are never born because people decide to not have kids? Its really the same thing. A life that could of existed but doesn't. Its just chance that we even exist. Why should I have to obey a religion that I don't believe in?
nathanrs10 6 days ago
@nathanrs10 Unfortunately you are incorrect about parents who choose not to have children doing the same thing as parents who abort a child. A child that never existed is just that, someone who never existed. An aborted child did exist at one point in time and then was destroyed. That's why it is okay to chose not to have kids (via abstinence from sex) but not okay to abort a child that already exists and is physically growing.

PencilOverPen 2 weeks ago
@monjiaitaly and so, the government should stay out of your life, but you get to choose what gay people can and cant do? hypocrite?. im sure you vote No on gay marriage, so you are in someones life, changing their life for the worst. and you might not hate gays, but i get the feeling you dont like them. and why do "the people" have to approve of what two adults, who aren't harming anyone, do.
PencilOverPen 2 weeks ago
@PencilOverPen because they want the same benefits from the state and federal level that comes with traditional marriage. And your wrong i said yes they should marry in a telephone survey conducted by my state government. Stop acting like a victim.

Can gay people have children together ? I think you must hate mother nature not allowing gay people to have children , bad bad mother nature, she is homophobic. I personally don’t care if you are gay or not , but I do care when my tax money is used to attack my religion and support things that are in violation with my believes. She wants a freedom , not to be a part of this, but she can not choose. Gay can choose to be or not to be a catholic.
poligon333 2 weeks ago
@poligon333 what does children have to do with anything? straight people can have children together, and there's loads of child abuse and crappy parents in the world, why'd you even say that? i don't actually see where you're going O.o .... i hate mother nature? kids?..... uh anyways, this brainwashed girl wants freedom, but wants to take others freedom away. treat others how you want to be treated, if her parents don't want gays to have choices and freedom, they don't deserve it either.
PencilOverPen 2 weeks ago
@poligon333 "Gay can choose to be or not to be a catholic." what does that have to do with anything?
PencilOverPen 2 weeks ago
@PencilOverPen
you said "yet is against gay people having freedom" what freedom did you mean ? Freedom to be a practicing gay and a Catholic in the same time I guess (have to choose , can not be both), or freedom to have children (naturaly just not posible). Or did you mean freedom for adoption (they allready have this right). So what freedom is she deniing from gay people ? Yes you treat people how you want to be treated. So why the government pushing its rules on catholics ?
poligon333 2 weeks ago
@poligon333 freedom to marry, if two adults who both want to get married and its causing no harm to anyone else, they should be able to. making it so they cant, is taking their freedom away, in what is supposed to be a free country. and isn't denying marriage to gays pushing beliefs on others :P ? you believe gays shouldn't marry, that's your belief you can keep to yourself. when you vote no on gay marriage, you're pushing your beliefs on other people, treat others how you want to be treated :).
PencilOverPen 2 weeks ago
When I checked last time gay people can marry. O course it is against my religion so no gay marriage is allowed in our club but they have a choice. If you don’t like catholic rules you don’t have to be a catholic and you can do whatever you want, but if you want to be a catholic you have to accept certain rules. It is as simple.
poligon333 2 weeks ago

@postaltraining No one has said that society should be shaped around homosexual people. All they want is to be treated equally and have the same opportunities as heterosexual couples. Also, I'm not discrediting by distraction. I have no problem that you are Catholic (my best friend is Catholic) but I do have a problem with you and others of you religion imposing your beliefs on the government and moral issues.
nwbpwner12 2 months ago
@nwbpwner12 they are treated equally- they have by law been granted all the tax and healthcare benefits as hetero's. at the same time, why do we need to pretend that something this is UNEQUAL by the very definition of it has to invade the centuries old UNIT OF SOCIETAL PROCREATION and demand that it also be their own- in "marriage". NO society has EVER placed such undue emphasis on homosexuality like we are- and guess what? most gays do not want all the fake "gay rights" in the press
postaltraining 2 months ago
@nwbpwner12 to put it bluntly the "gay" social justice cause is being used by subversive boomer-democrat radical progressives to further the destruction of the fabric of our culture. if you surveyed 1,000 gays who have been gays for decades, not the newly minted union run boomer-crat public school-minted gays, but the ones who have been in the lifestyle for decades, they do NOT want marriage just like heteros- they pride themselves on being DIFFERENT and realize they are NOT the same
postaltraining 2 months ago
@postaltraining The only reason I'm "running down your faith" is because it hurts other people and tries to influence outside agenda. Also, you used the word "faggot" to describe a homosexual person. I'm pretty sure that places you right in "hater" range. All of your arguments are fluff and most of your posts are offensive and emotion fueled. If you actually put together a logical argument on the illegitimacy of homosexuality, I might believe you. But that;s physically impossible.
nwbpwner12 2 months ago
@nwbpwner12 no, my faith sticks to MY FAITH. oh yeah, hater. i'm sorry, i grew up in a different time, before the hyper sensitive hater mania. i'm just tired of it. all fatigued out on the fake sensitivity to everyone and everything BUT Christianity. it's an old game. it's called: discrediting by detraction. who cares. i said "faggot".
homosexuality is not necessarily illegitimate, it's simply a disordered state of being that we don't think the culture should be shaped around

@nwbpwner12 you know, i'm really not, but what I am is sick and damn tired of morons running down my faith. this video represents nothing wrong. you're the one who said something shitty about it. and now i'm the hater. it always works that way. your hate is allowed and my rebuttal is always wrong. it's pretty much a well oiled hypocrisy machine.
postaltraining 2 months ago
@postaltraining I'm not a social communist, and you making a broad generalization like that makes you a hypocrite. I'm a person saying that real Americans pay for things that they don't support as well as things that they support because it's the right thing to do. Also, your view on "child abuse in gay households" is fallacious and offensive. All it shows is that you've been brainwashed. There's no such thing as gay parents or straight parents, just parents..
nwbpwner12 2 months ago
@nwbpwner12 no, it's not SALACIOUS or offensive. It's the truth. children should not be adopted out to gays. it's an abomination. they get brainwashed by the gay parents and mercilessly abused socially. it's just the wrong thing to do.

This is so incredibly sad. This young girl is spouting discriminatory messages under the "Catholic blanket." I saw this video on Facebook as a friend of mine "liked" it. It's disgusting and abhorrent. A baby deserves two loving parents. It doesn't matter what gender they happen to be, gays and lesbians did not choose to be gay, they were born that way, just like this chick was born and raised in the Catholic church.
fionaann 2 months ago
@fionaann what is discriminatory about it? A child HAS to have a mother and a father, right? a couple of faggots can't just puke out a kid, right? it's not discrimination, it's realism- a man and a woman make a child. gay people cannot have children so they use someone else's seed to do that. it's not a natural process. It's child abuse to raise children in gay households and brainwash the shit out of them that gay is normal. Put that in your pinko progressive pipe and smoke it
postaltraining 2 months ago
Absolutely awful. If churches really want to act that way about schools and taxes (especially their archaic, illogical view on all things sex), then how can they answer to the tax breaks they get as churches? And that's only the start.....why would human beings train their children to be hateful towards people just because of sexual orientation? It's wrong to impose that on other people. The catholic church is an incredibly jaded and horrible organization that should stop trying sway people.
nwbpwner12 2 months ago
@nwbpwner12 it's not hateful. stop attempting to discredit by detraction- it's the first and only move in the social communist playbook. it doesn't work, unless you're dealing with an idiot. a man and a man CANNOT HAVE a kid, so why is it hateful to teach children that families are comprised of a man and a woman- the only unity that can MAKE a child. I'd like to see the CHILD ABUSE of adopting kids to gays STOP- all they do is BRAINWASH them about homosexuality for 18 years

@carriecage good, don't let the door hit your ass on the way out! in all likelihood and seriousness, you could have never attended church very much to have that viewpoint that you'd rather take gay uber sympathy and feed kids to gay people to jelly their brains with propaganda rather than listen to what the church says, which is... kids are naturally raised by a MAN and a WOMAN, as it has been for TENS OF THOUSANDS OF YEARS... is that tough for you to understand moron?
postaltraining 2 months ago
@postaltraining Guess what, this world and our culture is constantly changing. So yes, kids use to be raised by one woman and one man. But in the past, people couldn't get divorced (especially women). Sex was only within a marriage. Yet our culture doesn't work like that anymore; Kim Kardashian gets divorced within 70-somethings days. Women as well as men are having to raise children alone because their partners have left. So the idea of what a family should be has change dramatically.
