Until governments acknowledge the ETV presence, you will never get full disclosure. There is no possibility. Unless you are an insider, you have no way of knowing what info the government has, so you can't ask for specific data. They will simply do what the Brits did: give out generalizing data of no importance and go back to business as usual. It's a waste of time to even ask.
