Bands like Motograter Head Charge, and Dope just didnt do much for me. I mean I guess its decent heavy music for some people but Cannibal Corpse, Obscura, Arsis, After The Burial, Winds Of Plague, Vader, Immortal are all heavier even if they are all in different genres. However, I started off listening to pop punk when I was 14 or so, Green Day, Sum 41 and the like, then moved on to progressive music, Muse, Tool, Porcupine Tree, who in turn got me listening to bands like Slipknot and Meshuggah. To most people, bands like Meshuggah are some of the heaviest currently on the scene. It was about that time that I started to listen to softer music like Drum n Bass, synthpop etc. I'll listen to anything, in all honesty.
