To be honest this is not a sweet story, it's a pretty stupid one! Falling in love over a long distance/love on first sight is nothing more than that you love what you image the person could be like! But of course you don't have a clue about how this person really is. So doing stuff like that you reserve yourself for someone you don't even know and you reject other/better possibilities next door! And as you're guessing about the person... you'll probably guess wrong!

I met my husband online in 1999 and we were about 1500 miles apart. The internet has become quite a force for many. It is far more acceptable now to use dating services online etc... back then it would be like announcing to the world I had a third eyeball. My husband and I fell in love on line in November of 99 and he proposed on Valentines Day 2000, we married cinco de mayo 2001 and I imported him to Canada from the USA!
