@killayt4 hey bro thanks for comment, i see what you mean with the soccer. i rember looking into some of the soccer players training last year and it was pretty hardcore leg work, well they have to run up a football feild loads so guessing that would kill me off lol.
@jimbob202019 make sure if you feel light headed just stop for abit intill you feel better, you can make it alot harder by doing more reps or even NO BREAKS lol but im not sure if you wanna do that, just keep to basics for now.

everyone pause the very start of the video& read about the jumps and why i did not jump as high lol i like forgot how low my ceiling was and just crashed stright into it lol p.s try to have space above head hight lol,ouch hert loads though lol :)
@bakerdinho im going to try and sneek the camera into the gym today, so the next one should be up 2night but if not it will be up 2moro even if i have to buy my weights back.
but im doing the workout with you guys so the days im training is the days your training the only reason im slim now is because i did this two weeks earlyer then you guys to test it all out.
so you guys are only two weeks or 3 weeks behind me.

Im dead lol my legs are burning like mad im sweating like a pig and now im going out side to skip like you said at the end of your vid.
My gf said last night that my bodys looking alot slimmer, also noticed my shoulders and back are looking more tone.
