  • How much do you weigh man?

  • and you sound very educated

  • You should try counting calories. 4,000 is a good number if your trying to put on some weight. If you have trouble getting calories, a weight gainer shake has around 600.

  • you look like marko from that film "taken"

  • He is not a hardgainer.. He just doesnt eat..

A Hardgainer would have gone fat with no musclegains from the food and training.

This is not a hardgainer. Its a morron who doesnt know how to eat and blames it on his genetics.

  • @MegaFlemo

So you're saying that a true hardgainer who eats and trains would gain only fat and have no muscle gains? You're an idiot, and you have no idea what and how much I eat. Stop trying to educate people on something you know nothing about. You should also probably learn how to spell before attempting to call someone a name..."moRRon."

  • @boochieboy814 I agree 101% with u sir i have the same body type exactly like u and im and INDIAN..im hooked up on eating rice almost 70% of the time the rest is devoted to chicken...this is a serious problem for me and not doin me very good. Oh and u and i have the same type of arm, a little muscle in the middle of the arm and all veins. Im 5'9 and weighing 127 pounds and ive been lifting here and there for almost 2 years now...GOD HELP ME GAIN!

  • you are an extreme hardgainer for sure, but i just wanna give you a checklist if you havent thought about; (i'm also a hardgainer, and a PT). hardgainers do better on less volume, and more frequency. Shorter workouts, but return to the gym earlier. Hypertrophy training is done at 6-12 reps, 1 min break, 2/1/2 cadence. Protein intake at 30% of dietary calories, at least 1g/1lb lean body mass. As a hardgainer, limit all aerobic activity. Finally, less is more! When in doubt, do less volume

  • hold your load too.. that helps

  • you prob drink alot or smoke a shyt ton of weed man.

  • @Magicdragon800

I rarely drink, and have never done any type of recreational drugs.

  • Hey man, keep it up you're helping others to get motivated and stay that way. Through me a subscription, I just started some motivational videos to help others stick to working out. You're a perfect example of sticking with it and hitting those weights hard.

  • @MrRysin

Thanks. I try my hardest to stay motivated and keep others motivated as well. I just do the best I can with what I have to work with. Thanks for the encouragement.

  • music ?????????????

  • @0bardia

    Debonaire by Dope.

  • sound track ?

  • Just eat eat eat till you cant eat anymore, your body type will not put on any bodyfat from it as long as what you eat is good calories (ie whole grains) however some fast digesting carbs would do you some good because the insulin spike will help since isulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body, also lots of red meat will help you alot as well

  • GOOD JOB DUDE BUT YOU NEED TO EAT MOREE WAY MORE AND U ARE GONNA LOOK BETTER.. KEEP IT UP

  • You really need more calories. Prob a weight gainer shake not a normal protein shake

  • do u train every day?

  • work your triceps, your inner triceps,u will get wider arms and cover up that little bone a bit.

  • Dude, do you have a vid describing your nutrition plan? I'm a hardgainer too but I've never been dedicated enough to get that lean. Now seeing this video, I wanna get my body fat % that low. Dayum!

  • @GaryPacific

Truthfully, I don't have a nutrition plan. I eat whatever I want. Although I will say I do eat LOTS of chicken and vegetables. I hate seafood, so there's none of that in my diet. I also take 2-3 protein shakes per day.

  • eat some more food man, and do compound exercises. And when I say eat some food, take what you are eating currently and triple it

  • what's ur diet like? Should be getting 6-8 oz of meat a meal and 1 cup of carbs(rice, noodles, grains). Then snack with veggies and leave out fruit. Should gain weight pretty quick.

  • Dude, I'm in the same boat as you, although I am nowhere near as dedicated as you are.

I'm 6 and around 130 at 27 years. Have been thin all of my life and work out or not, nothing changes. Pretty much my muscles would pop, but no overall gain of weight.

I still think you look pretty awesome.

    Best of luck to you!

  • @Impugned

    Thank you for the encouragement.

  • that is the most impressive bicep on a lean man i have ever seen mate. hold the arm up higher, will give it a high peak flex

  • @MrBarnybloke

Thanks buddy. I just wish it were as easy to get my triceps up to par.

  • The best way for an ectomorph to bulk up whilst lifting weights is to do the GOMAD diet (gallon of milk a day). Do that for 2 weeks whilst doing heavy squats, bench press and deadlift in the gym and you will put on a tonne of muscle. See my pic for results

  • @ayd1nmo

    Thank you for the suggestion.

  • mate you have good physique.. i was like you once.. ive taken 1 steroid cycle.. it really gave me some good boost in strength and size.. been training 6 years..gone from 8 stones to 16 stones...

  • do you consume as much calories as your body wants in order to get bigger?

  • eat more

  • your body look like my body

  • You don't look healthy.

  • bicep curls to gain weight? good luck..

  • I'm no expert, but I have read some stuff, and you'll make the biggest gains simply by eating more (at least 3500 calories per day). Once you're doing that, next best thing for gaining muscle over your whole body is to do squats below parallel 3X a week.

  • Dude this is just not good. You can easily put more weight on by just eating way more. If you had eaten well the whole time you worked out you'd be ripped by now. And now you're just skinny.

  • @LiveAndReload naw, it's different. some people don't gain fat at all. only muscle.

  • AWESOME.......

  • YOU ARE SO RIPPED MAN....... wow

  • :D :D :D

  • :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDd

  • Fuck the haters! Dudes all fast twitch muscle, ripped ready to murder a motherfucker!

  • dude you are strong for that weight u are.. still u can gain weight! trust me.. If you will keep saying to yourselft that you can't then really you will not, you have to believe first and follow it step by step, eat right, workout right and not giving up..it just takes some time

  • whats your height and weight?

  • @Gh3masterofrock

    5'11" and currently 131 pounds.

  • can you explain why your name is hardgainer? am i missing something?

  • the only thing u need is squats, milk a good dieet and time trust me youll be big i grew more 12kg in 6months time and no its only 2kg of fat.

  • i bet if he didnt do any cardio and ate like eight thousand calories a day he would get big

  • sell those weights and get some beef and protein bars.

  • W H E R E - A R E - T H E - M U S C L E S ?

  • Goood work dude!! One program I would really try is the 20 rep squat program!! Its very goood, and will put mass all over your body. Dont forget to eat the meat everydamn meal!!

  • Amazing bicepts! I would say maybe though work a bit more on the tricepts to make the arms look a bit bigger. Great work though, I can tell you gained quite a lot over the months!

  • The bicep shot from 1:01 on is rock hard awesome!!

  • don't stress these haters. any kind of hate towards this video is just due to ignorance

  • Spiderman dude. You have the build like the action figures from back in the day. It is pretty sweet

  • do you get enough protein from the foods after workouts? if you are not, its very dangerous what you did... you are damaging your muscles and don't feed them with protein? its absolute destruction, the body eats its own protein like an alien inside...

  • @kingofskateop

Every single workout begins and ends with a 40 gram protein shake.

  • @boochieboy814 so you use arginine and creatine too?

  • @kingofskateop I've used arginine in the past for a very short while, but figured I really didn't need it (didn't see any benefit from using it). I've used creatine on and off with much success for a few months, but am not on it currently (just protein).

  • @boochieboy814 Have you tryed eating double your caloric intake in carbs?

If your already eating 1g of protein per pound of lean mass eat 6 grams of carbs for each pound i bet you gain weight dude.

For your size your bicep form is incredible.

  • name of song please! :)

  • @SirPecs

    Debonaire by Dope.

  • @boochieboy814 why are you so skinny? do you just eat too little, or is it a disease or something?

  • @Denmarkpwns

The ectomorphic body type that I have is not predispositioned to storing fat or building muscle, therefore it is extremely difficult for me to gain either even while training insanely and eating plenty of food. It's not a disease, it's a body type both genetically and physically that has trouble gaining fat and muscle, period. I am in perfect health even though I am underweight when compared to the so called "average" build.

  • nice vid man but theres quite a difference between being

cut and being big and cut. think you should focus on bulking for a bit

  • @MegaTrev23 I think it's going to be very hard for this man to bulk up. This fits your classic ectomorph... Light skeletal structure, under developed muscular development. Probably great cardiovascular system though. Need some work on the triceps, deltoids, and obliques more than anything. I don't care what anyone says, they can't create argument to dispute ones genetic makeup. Body types do exist, and they play a huge roll in muscle/fat gain or loss.

  • respect to you man keep up the hard work you would look awsome if you just ate alot more i know you dont wanna be big bit if you kept your carbs low and eat loads of protein you would look alot leaner dude.. peace out bro

  • My guess, you've got really really low natural estrogen. That's probably why you don't store much fat but are still strong for your size. I like being bigger, personally, but you got dem abs. Nice work.

  • @dlewis1498 Some people also just have an extremely hard time putting on weight, it can be nearly impossible for some. Just as there are people who can run and run almoust every day, eat healthy and still be fat. There are people who do everything one is supposed to do to gain weight, without achiving it. Now I am not sure how tall and how much this guy weigh but I for an ex. can quite littearly stuff myself full food etc. without gaining anything cause of my genes basicly : /

  • hey buddy will you ever make more hardgainer vids? I MISS THEM :'( no but seriously come on man i loved your series :) lol

  • Please, dont waste time on biceps curls at this stage.

Squat, bench, row, military press, and deadlift.

Eat 3,500 cals a day, MEASURING them properlly, with alot of protein, and IT WILL work. You really wont get very big just trying to eat alot and with isolation exercises!

  • h0w r u able to lift th0se weights =O ?

  • @mazhab POWAAAAH bro!

  • jesus christ this guy looks like a vegetarian! :O

  • No triceps? Nice biceps man!

  • @TigerArm93

    I'm working on it!

  • keep it up man, dont let the haters get you down. If everyone worked this hard we would have a world full of athletes and not nations full of morbidly obese people.

  • @lexyw1988

They don't bother me. I've said it before...everyone is entitled to their opinion....some hate me for how my body looks and think I starve myself, while others love me for my determination and hard work. Thanks for the comment.

  • @boochieboy814 how long have u been lifting

  • @boochieboy814 Dude if u gain about 15lbs more u would look F%$@ing awesome,u still look good though.

  • our form isn't strict enough. You need to go slower on both and positive(up) AND the negative(down). I am impressed with how cut you are, but you should seriously try to put on more size man.

  • It look like your form is a little sloppy and you are using too much shoulder.

My understanding is that your elbows should not move as much.

  • You are ripped.

  • hey man... right arm has great form, but try to bring your elbow in with the left arm to get great form. I assume your right handed, I do the same exact thing. Anyways... you're ripped man. Your bicep is exactly where I want mine to be!

  • Dude stop wasting training time on curls you need to bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, and row. These should be your bread and butter they produce huge gains in strength and mass. compound movements are essential to getting jacked.

  • Do you need a cheeseburger?

  • man you're skinny!! do you have a proper training routine? All of your videos I've seen you're doing curls, do you do basic exercises such as dead lifting? olympic weightlifting? That will help you out a lotttt

warm up, basic exercises, then curls...

keep up with those calories! :D

  • so skinny

  • im calling bullshit on the weights. he fails with his left arm, then does another rep easily with the same arm...if he had actually failed he wouldnt have been able to do that

  • @rugbybl00d33

That's because when I failed, I was trying to do a regular curl......the next time I tried with that arm, I did a hammer curl, which is easier for me than a regular curl. GTFO of here.

  • @boochieboy814 hey try taking a weight gainer like ENORMASS which is packed tons with calories, maby 3x a day. You also need a high protein, high carb, high fat diet, and absolutly NO CARDIO. Weights alone wont get you big arms

  • I'm an Endo/mesomorph myself. I can only assume you were really thin to begin with. By the way i have lots of respect for hardgainers such as yourself. You have some good gains going there. Up that calorie intake bro! Here's to a bigger better you! :)

  • @jurgenho

Man, thanks for saying so, I appreciate that.

  • no hate man but do u wanna gain weight? im 17 and have been working out only 6 months my maxes seem to be much heavier than your im 165lbs and could give u tips and suppliment again no hate its amazing you can lift so much at your weight

  • omg, man not to be mean or anything i just have to ask how you can lift that heavy weight, and be so cut/skinny.... do u have like a metabolism disorder?? again not to offensive!

  • @11011111011

No offence taken dude. I don't have a metabolism disorder, it's just fast. My dad was the same way when he was my age,,,thin as a rail,,,,but as he got older he started adding weight and eventually ended up near 260 pounds at his heaviest! I presume the same thing will probably happen to me as I get older, but for now I just focus on lifting the heaviest I can to stay strong and have good endurance. Thanks for the comment.

  • @boochieboy814 ok yah i got fast matoblism too bro, my dad was same way too lol! but how old r u? cuz im 18 now and i started to put on weight cuz i started to eat before goin to bed and ate lot of carbs!!

  • @11011111011

Yeah, I'm 26. I guess it all comes down to genetics at the end of the day. I pretty much always eat before bedtime, and throughout the day every few hours, but I just can't eat enough calories on my own to really gain anything substantial. The only time I could eat enough to gain substantial weight was when I was taking Cyproheptadine for 2 months and gained 22 pounds.

  • I subbed

  • @3KOBAIN

    Thanks buddy, I appreciate it!

  • how much kilo is the 2 dumbells sorry for bad english

  • @colobiangang it's 27 kg each here.

  • poppin leg veins..next!!!

  • this is pretty impressive. how much cardio do you do?

  • @22complexity

Zero cardio. My metabolism takes care of the fat for me...lol.

  • @boochieboy814 wow thats pretty interesting, how long have you been lifting for?

  • u need size first the defenition

  • ripped like bruce lee

  • I like how he doesnt even left anything with his other arm eat food kid you a bitch

  • @1MR0Nice0Guy1

I like how some punk ass 19 year old troll with no videos of his own still doesn't know how to spell and punctuate. Go back to school little boy.

  • u should get into martial arts if you aren't already. with your body type, you are probably quick

  • @MrGremlin777

I've been doing Tang Soo Do since I was seven, and Jiu Jih Tsu for three years.

  • w8 just 1 second... are you telling me that your trying to bulk and u look like this? sorry man

  • If you are serious about gaining weight get some prednisone or a variation of it. You should easily gain 20 pounds at 2.5mg every other day.

  • @ChronosEntropy

Just got done with 2 months of Cyproheptadine,,,,,gained 22 pounds. Check my video titled: The Secret Weapon Revealed

  • Keep doing what your doing man despite the haters your doing a wonderful job keep ur head up youll reach your goals watch

  • bro that sucks u cant put on weight how old r u?

  • @level585

I'm 26. I actually did gain 22 pounds just recently. It's on my vid titled:

The Secret Weapon Revealed, Results, and My Final Flexing Video.

  • Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

  • No offense here, but why dont you just eat like mad, im wondering since you're so strong, you could be so big by now if you had eaten, dont you want to be bigger like most ectomorph ?

  • @Ectomorph1981

I've made myself SICK from shoveling food down my throat after I was full so many times,, it's not even funny. I've been on every weight gainer, appetite stimulant, you name it. I've drank 16 tablespoons of pure olive oil a day in addition to the food, for weeks and weeks. It's just extremely hard for me to get a surplus of calories to gain weight......but it's not like I'm not trying. If I do gain weight, I lose it very quickly.

  • @boochieboy814 Im sorry to hear that man, i sincerely can relate cause im an ectomorph also, i've hit 30 now and i think my metabolism is going slower a little cause i seem to gain weight a bit since i started eating 2600 calories per day regularly. Drinking olive oil is something man im sorry to hear you put up so much effort and dont get rewarded with more weight this is just unfair.

  • hey man im wondering if you could fill me in on your plan or where can i learn about a plan?

  • @mvpmuch1992 What kind of plan do you mean? Workout plan? Eating plan?

  • @boochieboy814 workout plan

  • @mvpmuch1992 I messaged you my workout plan buddy. Give it a go.

  • I know he's a hardgainer and all, but eat at least 6,000 calories to gain weight and then possibly take creatine. He's so skinny he looks like drug adddict!

  • seriously take steroids u look akward

  • Keep it up

  • Man, you practically have no fat on your body... Why in the world would you want to be bigger? My philosophy is: "as much strength as possible in smallest package possible". Why would you want to be heavier... it only slows you down. I think it's better when you can do pullups until tomorrow. :D

  • WOW... Shit... Man, you have a physique of a perfect soldier! Thin, light, strong, enduring... and you look nice too!

  • do you want to stay this skinny or would you rather put on weight?

  • Starve yourself to death... and anyone can look like that :D... under all the fat and skin... everyone has muscles lke that :P

  • @midniter666 Maybe true, but I don't starve myself. Truth be told,,,I eat quite a bit,,,and mostly fast food...lol.

  • @boochieboy814 hardgainer? pointless...eat.6 meals a day,20%fats 40%protein,40%carb.

    4000 cals

    get to it.

  • @chrisgoesroar 4000 calories isn't enough for a hard gainer, especialy for one like him, i myself am a hardgainer and i need on average, 8000 calories a day to gain weight, and i am 50 pounds heavier than him..so 4000 just won't do

  • @midniter666 He's an ectomorph he didnt starve himself to death...

  • how much do u way

  • @zman1234boy

    120 pounds.

  • @boochieboy814 How much did you weight before you first started lifting ?

  • @Ectomorph1981 The first time I ever picked up a weight I only weighed 109 pounds.....that was some time ago however!

  • Are you following an eating plan? I would recommend Vince DelMonte's plan for workout and diet. He specializes in hard gainers. You'll make huge gains in a short amount of time if you follow it.

  • Hi I'm 15 this june and have weight problems I'm underweight and do excercise/ weights but I can never get huge arms or pecs but I have a 8 pack wiv two obliques on both sides but a major problem is my legs are very skinny , my quads are ok but my calfs are bad and another problem is lats I dunno what exercises I can do for them and the only one I do is pull ups but I don't feel pain on my lats do u av any advice

  • excellent form and the bicep flex ..HELLA GOOD!! ...ripped and hard as rock

  • Great shape to those biceps.. that is one epic peak! Way to go man!

  • Nice body man. That is what "all muscle" really means. You look very strong. Keep it up!

  • hey man what body part do you work on what days of the week? thanks Matt.

  • @mvpmuch1992 Hey man, I do a 3 day split like this.

    Monday: Back, Biceps, Abs

    Tuesday: Chest, Triceps

    Wednesday: Legs, Shoulders

    Thursday: OFF

    Friday: Back, Biceps, Abs

    Saturday: Chest, Triceps

    Sunday: Legs, Shoulders

  • @boochieboy814 i like it i think ill try that because i dont think im ready for just training one body part once a week

  • @mvpmuch1992

Yeah, one muscle group a week isn't enough in my opinion. Your muscles should take 48-72 hours to heal, so doing a 3 day split gives each group 3 days to recover by the time you go to train that group again......plenty long enough. Especially if you get enough sleep. If you are still sore...just take another day off. Hey, post a video of your results if you get a chance.

  • @boochieboy814

Oh, and I forgot to mention...you never want to train just ONE muscle in your workout for that particular day.....like just doing a bicep workout. Grouping smaller muscles with larger ones in the same workout (like chest and triceps) is going to maximize your growth because the larger muscles release more growth hormone and testosterone into your system when they're stressed. Leg muscles (quadriceps) release the most by far. Smaller groups alone just don't cut it. Later man

  • @boochieboy814 could be a while because i have a lot of exams coming up but ill keep in touch

  • Incredible body. All muscle and strength. Best biceps.

  • What a bicep ball of vascular chiseled steel starting at about 1:04!

    Suh-weet.

  • OMG ... Your bicep is beautiful! Good to have you back and lifting again. Keep it up man.

  • GREAT biceps!!!
