yes. always prep your shoes if ur gonna customize them. I don't think he did because he used markers, but if ur using angelus paint ( acrylic leather paint ) then you HAVE to prep your shoes

ey..wat kinda marker did you use? a regular permanent sharpie? do they fade/come off quick or stick onto the shoe?

if u rub it wit ur thumb it'll fade don't come of quick without messing up whole shoes if u put acetone before then finisher after it stick until washer machine.

Yo bro nice design but u gotta use Angelus Leather Acrylic paint, and you have to prep or remove the top protective layer off the sneaker before you paint then it will not crack or peel.

dont talk like you know best cause i used a marker which means I don't necessarily need to take of the protective layer or use anelus leather acrylic paint. btw any airbrush paint is fine for custumizing your shoes. go do your homework;)

"fine" is not the best...

this is a really good way to do it if you have a few hours to blow, but if when I want a really clean finish I always go with angelus, but whatever you like go for it mate! nice stuff!

oddly no, i did some and they are total waterproof with acrylic paint .. problem is when the shoe creases when you bend and the paint cracks.. i need to get some sorta gloss to make mine perfect

I bought the markers in a local supermarket and if you wanna know what markers i used just look at the friggin description and copy paste the name of the marker to google. hope it helps

i got the pens in a V&d store wich you would probably will not find in the states or so. photoshop is a gift I got from my parents on my 16th birthday. I wanted it for like 3 years and they saved money for it

yeah in this vid i was a total rookie at customizing sneakers so i didný knew anything about advanced techniques. It doesn't crack but wear. You might wanna use aceton first and after customizing them you should finish them with vernis gloss or so.

YEah im a nike custiomizer aswell ...and for all you folk who wanna know where to get blank dunks....its simple i found mine at journeys...be carefull though cuz if you want a shoe wit a colored sole ...just buy a cheap pair of dunks and use colour remover...good luck guys

I used adobe illustator to design the skyline,sunshine and my logo, after that I used adobe photoshop cs2 to place them on the shoe the way I wanted them. I used adobe premiere elements 3 to edit the video. hope this info is usefull to you;)

it's a edding 400 permanent marker, no specific shoe pen or something like that. I wear this pair of shoes for almost 2 months and it's still not damaged in any way

How did you get the design the same way as on the screen i see a little utensil used for getting. But i don't know exactly what u did. Please tell me. the skyline on the swoosh was all by hand so no stencils included the stripes were done with using measuring instrument(just try to measure on your computer with the grid and then in real-life) the logo was the only thing done with a stencil, and even that was pretty hard to do because it was so detailed. hope this helps;)
