I wouldn't complain about 85F in January, that's awesome weather. Come to Canada where at this time of year, temps are in the negatives, and yes that is farenheit
Okay car I guess, better then the Towncar(minus reliability) but not by much, mediocre interior wimpy motor, poor handling and overpriced. one of the worst cars Ford currently makes imo.
@bamac2008 it was never that strong from the get go. Its like a modern-age Town Car in this form lol. It's only a respectable car if its the Ecoboost model
Cooled seats are the greatest invention to find their way into cars in my lifetime. Nothing like feeling cool air waft up your balls/ass on a hot day.
@7477238 Not too big, this one can hold about 1500 cars. The auction where I did the Kia Sportage & the S60 R is one of the biggest in the country which can easily hold 10,000+ cars but the weekly avg is 4500 with todays slow market.
Same exact visor minus the vanity light as the one in my Taurus. Honestly, they are the best visors I've ever seen! They do a phenomenal job of blocking out the sun. Compared to my grandmother's puny '04 Audi A4 visors that don't do shit!
Cheap interior for a flagship sedan! Not a fan to say the least. IF I had to chose American luxury, I'd go with Cadillac. Heck, I'd rather take a 300c over this!
@Stet17 I think the best interior quality would go to the 08+ Cadillac CTS. Excellent build quality and interior materials used are top quality. The seats suck in terms of comfort though.
@7477238 I can assure you that you would be disappointed. Those CTS's were nice, but not up to par with their price. Their build quality is on track with the rest of the GM parts bin specials. Not trying to be biased, my grandmother owns a 2000 Buick and 2009 CTS. She has to carry a wrench to hit the battery/starter because it won't start and the dealer can't figure out what's wrong.
@59summerset True, but the Chrysler is MUCH cheaper with the V6, offers optional AWD and a V8, as well as standard RWD (the lincoln is FWD, V6 only). Dollar for dollar, and exterior design wise, and for the pleasure the HEMI engine provides, I'd pick the 300c. Of course this is only if I HAD to buy American "luxury" under $45K
@blacuraRL I see where you're coming from, but let me ask you this. Is a little bit of money worth the nearly nonexistent resale value and atrocious reliability? Please don't get angry. I'm not saying this because I don't like Chrysler, but those two things are factual.
@59summerset Oh, no offense taken. Or anger evoked :) I would never own an american car. But hey, that's just me. The last (new) american car I purchased was in '94, and I vowed never to do so again. I would only lease an american car for 3-4 years and return it. Especially with a hemi, I'd have my fun and then let someone else deal with it after. Leasing a 300c or MKS is not cheap, so I might as well enjoy it! :D
These are alright, and I kind of like the MKZ, but I would never buy either of these. They're too expensive to be just dressed-up Fords imo. An MKZ starts at 35K! Id rather save a few grand and get a loaded Accord, Legacy, or Mazda6.
Damn I love this car, I just want it black I hate white cars, I am 15 and love this car

Actually, Ford had the keyless entry keypad since the early, not late, 80s; it was available on the 1980 Ford Thunderbird.

It is not that hard to get to 108k in 3 years. Someone who lives 70 miles (maybe 75 minutes) away from work could do it easily.
