That stinks about MTV. The excitment...the nothing....the major let down!! Grrr! Don't get me wrong, the show is good for all of us narcoleptics (even the ones without Cataplexy) but it truly sucks to get all sucked up in it and than majorly let down. I will tell you, I forget all the time to do things and one thing I forget to do is log on to my Youtube. Heck, I forget I even have it half the time. lol BUT today I logged on and SURPRISE you had a new video!! Thanks :)
Did you get prank called by Ownage Pranks?! There was a daycare prank and the girl said 'we deal well with autistic children' so i was like "WHAT IS THAT SAMANTHA" lol

It's probably because they want the show to be entertaining. Obviously they don't care about actually raising public awareness, they just want ignorant idiots to find it funny :/ Just like the tourette's one, they chose the ones who swore or had it really bad, when 95% of people with tourette syndrome do NOT swear - most have it pretty mild.. and besides, you raise loads of awareness on youtube, which is great! Thanks for the update I'm a pwn who found out about the taping. Through the Facebook narcolepsy group. MTV probably wanted someone who falls down more, like the girl they aired with Tourettes. Sleeping just isn't dramatic enough!
