This is Playa Jaco on a one of the smallest days I've ever seen. Waves are washed out and have no form. Surf gets much better than this.

Look the search tern "Nicaragua giant" and you will see big waves. But Costa Rica has the most beutifull waves.

It's an amazing place! I went on one of these tours with SayHola dot com. You can learn Spanish in the tropical rainforest. It's so cool! They take you to great surfing destinations too!

I've been out there when it is crowded with lots of tico kids. You could bust your own 3 if they would even let you get a wave. And the waves they let you have are right in front of the river mouth with all the crocs.
