What an amazing voice. She has been one of my favorites for many years. I have never heard anyone sing this beautiful song like she can.She also sang this song on a program called Solid Gold which is where I first heard her sing it. Donna Summer you are amazing!!!

One of the worlds most talented, gifted, underrated Singers of our time.Thankfully she is still belting out songs with her beautiful rich velvet like voice. Sadly today it seems that they put out brands rather than talent. Case in point it is amazing the amount of record sales generated by Jenifer Lopez's lasted studio dance song. She will tour and will lip sync her way through it as it isn't her voice in fact it isn't even a human voice. Where is todays Talent besides gaga who really sings?

This version is even better than her cd version! Donna Summer is one the very few artists who sound live even better than on cd (at least most of the times). That means she is a REAL singer, a very rare kind of artist :)

This reminds me when I had the pleasure of seeing & hearing Ms. Summer back in the late '70's, where she sang a few songs usually sung @ church. That's when you really knew that this lady certainly had a set of pipes on her, no doubt!! She sang the song "He" and blew the house down. Always have admired her talent, and she did make the record industry quite a few bucks in a short period of time, back in the day. Thank you for sharing your "gift" & talents with all of us!! I saw this on t.v live back then. I fell in love with this song listening to her sing it.

I have her xmas album and she sings it but its not the same. There was something magic in her voice that day, singing that song. Thanks for uploading, i have thought of that show often.

@italianman004 Greetings. Your comment about Donna Summer's 'O Holy Night' was over a year ago but I've just found it here on YouTube - and I could have written it myself! I remember the show, the performance, and have thought of it for years. I too bought the album and also feel there is no comparison. There is something about the tone of her voice as she begins. Absolutely amazing. Glad to see I'm not alone in that thought. Happy holidays!

@italianman004 I couldn't agree more. I saw this on TV back then and was blown away. I thought I knew her vocal ability but this was an absolute revelation.
