I am and my children are probably in thousands of photos - without our knowledge. Schools film children, parents film children during plays, they take photos and video of their kids with other kids in the background... it is NOT illegal to have video with strangers and children in the background with these circumstances.

Wise up. Do you ever take a picture of your kid on a playground? There must be an intent to take pictures of children... I am and my children are probably in thousands of photos - without our knowledge. Schools film children, parents film children during plays, they take photos and video of their kids with other kids in the background... it is NOT illegal to have video with strangers and children in the background with these circumstances.

the kids in those video CHOSE to be in them. the athletes give permission, and the other students are pretty much unrecognizable. YOU, however, take the kids' choice from them when you film them and post them online without their consent. you irresponsibly take away their choice of privacy.

You are incorrect, the property owner owns the land, the county has an easement to install a sidewalk on the land which the owner is responsible to maintain (clear snow & ice, you've never seen the county clearing snow off everyone's sidewalk have you?) The school officials were correct in what they said but the irony was that the kids walk through the point where they steered you to at the bridge so you would make better one-on-one contact there. No one can learn a thing from your approach tho!

I follow the the bible yet I I see that it has STORIES, BIBLE STORIES. Stories may be fact or fiction or even realistic fiction. There are very few signs of a "Great Flood". Which by the way the Great Flood has been explained.

I think you are running a scam. A look at your blog shows that you prefer to "preach" in locations in which a confrontation with people nearby is a possibility. You've "preached" near Islamic worshippers, gay pride marchers, pleasure-loving college students, and minors (high school students). For the record, I DID learn a little about religion and Jesus in public high school. But as it was a PUBLIC school, we learned how Christianity contributed to the fall of the Rome and also the many achievements of Islam during the European Dark Ages (caused by Christianity).
