This looks amazing! I went to your channel to see what you've been cooking lately and realized I haven't see this one yet. I'm looking forward to your next video :)
@AsianCookingmadeEasy -Hi!. Thanks. Haven't been doing new videos lately. Hopefully in the near future. I do continue to tune into yours...I don't always comment, but I love your stuff. Dave.
@lallacuisine Hi. Thanks for watching. I believe I bought the tajine (tagine) from a William Sanoma catalog about 9 or 10 years ago. Also I've seen them in other catalogs as well. Never found one in a store. You could look in a middle eastern market....I have just completed a video actually using it to cook. Will be uploaded soon.
Oh how sweet! You really made hers with the Touch of Love!!! =)
Why in heaven's name did you put cinnamon in your meat? If I did that....well, lets just put it this way... it would get me strange looks to say the least and my many beasties would have a grand ol' meal! LOL Looks good though, gonna have to try it, yall have the neatest ingredients up there! =)
ps.....Velveta...it too is a food group down here below the Mason Dixon hahaaha
@reeram -Hi. The cinnamon thing is the greek recipe......I do like it, but not too much. Velveta is God's way of saying- " Colby, Swiss and Cheddar, all mixed together-nothin can be better!" Amen..... Thanks for enjoying my madness....... Dave.
