@MsJudi54 Do you think my brother that the law of lord is inferior to man made law of UK/USA or any other country where a father is responsible for the mistakes of his son? Your most obvious reply would be that God loves us that is why he sacrificed his son (Jesus) for us. If a God doesn't do justice to his so called son how could we accept that he would be fair to others. I am not responsible for Adam's sins because Adam did not ask me and under any law/ logic you can associate me with it.

@shokman2003 I'm not your brother, even if I was a male person. Jesus Christ placed Himself on the cross. As God, He could have removed Himself at any time; however, His purpose was to pay the penalty for our sins so that we would not have to. "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ." Your personal sins are no longer at issue, as they have been forgiven. Where you will be judged is on your rejection of Jesus Christ. Take care.

@MsJudi54 There are a little under 4,000 verses in the Gospels; of those, about 800--that's 20% of the text--are comments on the Pharisees.
I can't take seriously any church that doesn't have its share of drug dealers and prostitutes.

@NevilleRhysBarnes Isn't it interesting that Jesus Christ died for all those "sinners" (drug dealers & prostitutes), & it is to them that He speaks in His church. I would hope that it is the sinner that is hanging out in the church, for perfect people need no Savior.
