I have some question about this laptop.

first, did the bigger battery came with the laptop or you paid to have it ?

secondly, can you only buy the laptop on the web or at a sony store in town ?

and thirdly, if the laptop doesnt come with any recovery disc how do you recover your pc ?

The Extended battery comes with the notebook. You can buy it at any SonyStyle store in the US and on the web. It comes with a recovery software that you can fire up whenever you need to reinstall any application or recover it to the factory defaults. You may also burn a recovery DVD if you have an external DVD-RW drive.
