It was an extra scene that they put in a yet-to-be-released-in-the-USA movie. They're still dubbing it, from what I've heard, but I found it on YouTube once before.

Oh, the one with L's funeral? Yeah, it was a deleted scene in the anime. Its just an extra scene. In the DVD Death Note: In the view of the shinigami, you can see it ^_^

Bravo. I must say I am impressed. This is actually the first decent version of this I have seen. A lot of people seem to think that throwing together a bunch of random anime pictures to a song makes a great AMV but it does not. Unfortunately 99% of youtube is wearing Fanboi goggles so they give them 5 stars anyway.
