I was also a member of the Lebanon (OH) marching band in 1977, and I can say for certain that this IS the LHS band. Band director David Davidson is visible early in the video. It looks like practice on the parking lot west of the (now old) high school. Those uniforms were new that year, or the year before, if I recall correctly.
As a member of the high school band in 1977, I can say for certain, this is not Lebanon High School since we did not wear the tall shakos that are being worn by this band. The uniform is different as well. Maybe this is Mount Lebanon High School
