Electric fences won't work. Because before and after the park is open, maintenance has to go through these fences. Then you would have to cut power to the ride and fences. Plus, that is another cost the park can not afford. Do you want new rides or do you want electric fences to save 0.0001% of the population from possible death due to their own stupidity. Plus, if some one got shocked by the fence, they'd still sue the park.

this is what electric fences are for. put up a normal fence on an outside loop, and an electric fence on the inside loop, so any jackasses like this kid get shocked with a couple thousand volts rather than get killed by a roller coaster.
