Layback: let your free leg come around and stay out to the side for a few rotations and then bend it back.
sitspin: you need more strength in your legs so you can sit lower. try holding onto a door handle and go down into a sitspin position, all the way down and then stand back up. even if you do it once a day, you will see an improvement. I definitely did.
but there is definitely an improvement! your layback is looking good! and the sitspin are lower for sure. :) can't wait to see more!
you need to sit alot lower on your sitspin and lean back more on your layback check out my videos

I will definatly try and work on my layback more. I am finally able to lookup at the ceiling and not get incredibly dizzy, so it's a start! :P
